Terrible service and support. The inner workings of this chipper exploded, and the company that sold it won't support it and the manufacturer won't return emails. It is under warranty, but that's useless if it isn't honored.

After a bit of modification this thing is amazing!Plate of steel before anvil is crap... replaced soon into its life. Axle needs to be capped to keep tube from collapsing.Keep blades sharp and eats and feeds wood fast!

This is what showed up, it is real nice and shipping was good and heavy duty but not the picture… I wanted the Square chute with the bar for shut off switch and I didn’t get that I got a round chute and a little button for the shut off if you ask me this is false advertisement

Good, if not Great machine, chews through 3" - 4" and less than green eucalyptus tree limbs. chips / mulch is nicely sized ground cover. It can chip larger but dogs the machine.What I like four wheels, I can roll it around to place the chips self feed pulls in < 3.5 "limbs with cross branches nicely electric start What I don't like direct drive - No clutch between motor and chipper, the electric starter must also turn the chipper drum. If motor has difficulty starting there is a significant load on the little starter and battery knifes I have 3 +- hours on the machine the knifes show some wear, they are reversible. keeping them REALLY sharp is important to good operation
