This is a product of high quality from both the look and the function. This pillow is a quick solution to help alleviating fatigue from my lower back and help smoothening my blood circulation. The rolling balls may not fit 100% into every type of back or shoulder contour and you cannot expect that it won't massage your bone sites unless you give it some guidance. Compared to the cost of the spa experience, this is my awesome companion.

Not heavy-duty like previous versions, but still nice.
Bought to replace older corded version that lasted many years. This one shuts off after 15 minutes only downside so far. Surprisingly strong motors and feels durable. Very lightweight vs. older corded models.

Best worst disappointment ever!
Purchased for my wife last Christmas the pillow worked great but quit working after 6 months. It will only power on for 10 seconds and shuts off no matter how long we charge it or plugged in. Since we didn't purchase a warranty through Amazon we had to go through Home Medics directly. As their products comes with a 1yr manufacturer warranty I contacted them assistance and it's been a nightmare! Stopped last week of July contacted Home Medics Aug 1st was sent a return label and RMA authorization. They said they couldn't process and send me a replacement until they received the malfunctioning unit. No problem seems fair so I ship back to FEDEX Aug 29th. Unfortunately the way they go about return shipping is FEDEX delivers to local post office and then once the Post Office recieves enough returns for them they deliver them in bulk. So basically my return sat at the Post Office for a month so they finally recieved my return confirmed almost 4 weeks and 4 more phone calls from me they finally had my return unit Sept 18th. So then they send me an email saying my new pillow will be shipped in 7-10 business days. So I call them back on Sept 25th to check status customer service agent tells me she see that everything was approved but doesn't know why it hasn't shipped give it a little more time. I call them Sept 30th after no update the customer service agent tells me it should ship any day. I call October 2nd because I still haven’t received anything or any shipping confirmation info. They tell me it's something about the warehouse and they're delayed and if I don't see an email or hear anything within a week contact them back. So last week October 10th I call again this time requesting to speak to a supervisor which I was told none is available. But the lady did try her best to help me and after her investigation she had to call me back the following day with a response. So October 11th she calls me and apologized for the delay and says the warehouse is backed up with orders and my product isn't available until Dec 2nd! I say hey but they have plenty available for their Amazon store and other online outlets! She then said that those vendors have first priority and that is why my replacement is delayed! Worse customer service ever I will never ever purchase a Home Medics product ever again! I don't see why if it's such a problem with their warehouse they should just give me a replacement voucher. So I can purchase another one they're available on their Amazon store this is not fair! I will be without my product for almost 6 months waiting for a replacement I think this is the worst customer service experience of my life.

No Charging cord included.
I’ve used countless of these types of massagers before and I really like the quality of this one. The materials used seem higher quality than others I’ve used. Only downside is that mine didn’t come with the charging cord.

great portable massager for neck or back
I love that this will focus on a spot and is portable. The massage balls spin one way for a minute or so and then spin the other way. I had another homedics product for about 15 years and replaced it when it broke with more of their products. I decided to have this little extra one since a couple of us here use them regularly. I haven't had to charge it yet but I like it can be plugged in to be recharged.

What a treat!
This is the second one we purchased as we were fighting over the first one. It works amazingly! Relieves neck pain, knee pain, elbows, etc. Love that it is rechargeable and cordless!

Works well, battery lasts adequately. Nice having the mobility of wireless. Wish it had a vibration option.
