I was initIally impressed with this battery case when I received it. It’s compact and the color is really pretty red. However, it’s a lot heavier and I have small hands, so, it makes it not so easy for me to be holding my phone for some time. Plus, it only took about a week for the color to start fading and it even made the edges tough to touch. It’s now mostly an ugly orange red shade with the edges almost turning silver from so much fading. I don’t usually give bad reviews if it’s something acceptable or there’s something I can do to make it work. But this one is way too expensive for what it is. Battery life works well, I only have to charge my phone once in a day and just recharge it with the backup battery but it hasn’t really offered that much convenience to me since it also takes a lot longer to charge my battery now. I’m not very happy nor satisfied with this purchase.

With the heavy battery case on the iPhone it becomes very heavy to use for extended periods. My hand(s) get sore and cramp. Also, the lightning connector port is flakey. My lightning cable keeps falling out, or, it keeps beeping as the connection goes on & off. I have to try and push the phone down on the connector to get a good connection. I tried to take the phone out of the case and can't. I'm purchasing a Mophie battery case again where the top pulls off and you insert the phone easily. I hope I don't break my phone when I try to pry it out of this case.

It lasted about 2weeks. Now when I press the power button all four lights turn on for two seconds then go off. No longer chargers. I have left it charging for two days and shows full battery but acts like it’s not connected. Smh.

First , I didn’t know that the top of the case cannot open . I can’t keep putting my phone in that thing , I feel like it’s gonna mess up my charger piece on my phone. Y’all should have considered that when y’all made this product. It doesn’t hold battery life long at all like I thought it would . Just terrible .

I already owned one of these cases and never had a problem. The paint is pretty much all worn off which I don’t care but the charging hole finally got too loose for charging. So ordered the same one and have had it only 2 days. It won’t charge my phone for longer than 1 minute before shutting off and even after charging it for 6 hours, I only got 2 blue lights of charge. Sending back to try again.

It charges slow and the color fades quickly to reveal a silver color over time. It’s just great to have on backup in case of emergency or if you use your phone a lot. It’s great for the money. It’s great to use a lightning cable to charge both the phone and battery at the same time also. If the phone is not at 100 percent it differs the charge to the phone before it charges the case!

I have purchased many battery cases for my iPhone 7-Plus and I am very pleased with this product. It was very easy to install, light weight and doesn’t covers the speakers and it’s a perfect fit! I would highly recommend this product. The price is very affordable and I strongly feel it’s worth the money. I’m so happy I finally found the perfect battery case!

I brought this case for my son because he ran through so many chargers. Also he never kept the case on his phone now he knows the value in this one so he keeps it on so charging it is convenient.
