These are amazing, I have muscle and back pain, these decrease the amount of pain killers I take and really lets me do more things than I have been able to do in a long time, able to keep on for 3 days to a week. Make sure you take them off slowly as they are very sticky and rip your skin off. The instructional videos were easy to follow and you could find a video on any body part.

I understand that there’s many that say kinesiology tape is bogus. I, however, have had noticeable results. Could it be psychological? Perhaps. But regardless, I have less pain and better mobility.I was recently diagnosed with tendonopathy of my biceps tendon. Glad it wasn’t a tear. I couldn’t curl a 15 lb dumbbell without pain. Once I applied the tape I was able to curl up to 30 before pain set in. I know I know, I shouldn’t have been pushing it. But for someone like me who’s been lifting weights for over half their life it’s been very tough to not get a real bicep workout.I am getting therapy now and not pushing it anymore. I do wear the tape daily though and it has helped me with normal activities immensely.

For pain relief product was better than expected. Just a little disappointed that it doesn’t stay on as advertised. First patch barely survived my workout, 2nd patch began coming off overnight. If adhesion improves this will become an incredible product

Have been using this for a couple of months now, this was the third purchase. I find that this works better as one piece instead of using two separate pieces to cross like this. It definitely has helped bring swelling down near the kneecap for me, on several occasions. This is my go to for any swelling that may be causing inflammation. It is similar to how taping is done for drainage of certain body areas. As with anything used for medical conditions always check with a medical professional to see if this would work for you and make sure you understand; check with a professional as to the technique of application that is correct for your situation,

I am an experienced kinesiology tape user; generally KT and Spider Tech. With KT, I have bought the strips, and with Spider Tech, I have the Xs. I love the Xs, but sometimes, the "legs" can be a little too long for the places I need to tape. When I came across this little X from KT, I thought it might be a good one to try. The center of the X is usually the part of the tape that helps me the most. Of course, I still will use big Spider Xs for the sides of my knees or down my upper arm coming down from my shoulder, but there are some places that a Spider X or a big I strip from KT just won't do the trick. If you are trying to tape the base of your neck, forget it with those.I went ahead and bought these with hopes that they'd be helpful, and despite the fact I know how to use tape, I cannot get these to stick for longer than six hours. When I say I can't get them to stick, I mean that the tips of each end tends to come up after about six hours of wear. I've had Spider Tech Xs stay put for up to four days without the legs coming up, so I know what I'm doing with this stuff. And it's only the tips that come up; not the entire leg of the X. I wish they'd stay down, because the center of the X does provide a bit of relief when all of the legs on the X stay down 100%. It doesn't matter if they're on my leg with clothing covering them or not, on the "meaty" section in the shoulder blade area (not on bone) or my arm.It is unfortunate, because this is a good size when you do not need the entire size of a Spider Tech X or the I strip from KT.EDIT: I did contact the support person from KT who contacted me. Don't store these in the bathroom. I received another box and did not store them in the bathroom, and they were able to hold a bit better. They do not stay put for days like other brands, but I was very pleased with how they tried to help.

I use the X Patches on both of my hips. After sustaining a double hip sprain from overtraining, these bad boys have helped alleviate the stress on my hips after I workout. I do not wear them while training, I only apply them afterwards to help reduce soreness and stiffness in my hips. I sleep in them all night and remove them the next morning. While I don't need them to train, applying them afterwards give me much needed relief and I can sleep without waking up in pain. (and I'm early 30's, so to keep training hard, these are now a must!)

I absolutely love the KT Pro tape X. It's one of the few items that helps me with pretty severe back pain. It's a great product that lives up to its name. Only problem is, it's harder to put on by yourself, especially on the back area. And the tape can stick of itself. But other than that I have no qualms.

At one point, I had three of these on my body to go on a run and they were perfect. My mid-back spine tends to hurt after about 2 miles of running and these help SO MUCH! My chiropractor said to keep using them but also strengthen my back by doing rows. I used on my knees as well and they were great!
