These are deceivingly simplistic, till you spin it. Then you’ll spin it again, it’ll never end up in a drawer. Have a friend spin it- they will sit there for a minute watching, then want one. My husband took mine, I bought another. Co workers were stopping in to chat, about nothing, just to spin it. Do yourself a favor- buy 2. You’re welcome!

this desk toy is evenly balanced and provides exactly what it promises the moment of distraction from the weight of the world in a delightful spiraling pattern on a polished brass surface. The even balance produces a light but distinct spinning sound which is pleasant to the ear in a quiet room. The spinner also spins for some time, at least enough to get lost in your thoughts. Definitely worth adding to your desktop to get through the weight of doing your bills or taxes or term paper or anything that stresses you out.

I purchased this for a young lady with ADHD Inattentive & needs sensory toys. She keeps it on her desk to use while studying. I've played with it when I was stressed a couple times, it's pretty calming & cute to look at. I also liked the sound it makes spinning on different surfaces...and no I'm not into ASMR. It was just neat to listen to.

I guess I was expecting something bigger, but it’s still a pretty cool little gadget to keep on my desk. I’m an elementary school counselor by the way.

I bought 8 of these for Christmas. Everyone loved them. They were expensive. The descriptions on the boxes they came in were worth the money-hilarious translation to English.

Ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. It was a bit smaller than I anticipated but it's still cute and mesmerizing... so much so that I ordered a silver kinetic ball. Now she'll have a gold AND a silver one lol.

After reading other reviews I wasn’t sure about it. It is really small. Like a little smaller than a golf ball. But it is really cool for your desk. People like it

DO NOT BUY! This thing is too loud for a desk toy! Yes it rotates fast and smooth! But the noise is just too much to keep it moving! It is satisfying to watch but you would stop it immediately because of how much noisy it is! So don’t waste your money on this! Buy a similar product somewhere else where it is legit as it is called Mezmoglobe! Buy from them! They are the original creator of this product!

Very charming.. great to look at now and then. Barely perceptible wobble, the bearing must be off by a hair but nobody I know who spins has the eye to see that. I can hear the bearing more than I'd like, it would be easier to fall into the charm of this toy were it silent, but I know for the bearing to be silent it would require a thicker oil and would not spin as long. All in all.. I love it.

The surface finishing has visible imperfections that affects the visual.The mechanism is wobbly and makes audible noises. Too much friction makes it to stop relatively quickly.Will return.

It feels heavy and sturdy to the touch, super easy to put together as there are only two parts. For all you fidget toy enthusiasts, I'd say definitely give this little contraption a "whirl"!

Really doesn't "do" anything.By others comments and the manufacturers comments/descriptions, I thought there was to be some kind of optical illusion or something.Very disappointing
