Bucatini was a new taste treat for me. Actually I've only recently heard of it. Thanks to cooking shows. I really like it and am joyfully happy with the texture .

I am not a huge pasta person but I love this. I have never made my own pasta but if I did I hope it would be like this. Flavor, texture... I love everything about it!
