Defective bag. Awful return process.
The bag is cheaply made, a seem was not attached and it appears that this was glued on.The bag feels decent besides that.My biggest gripe is the returns process for Roswell.I am here looking at this lousy label which requires postage, for something I received that is defective. The label also indicates if you are trying to exchange the item you must pay a shipping fee again. This is very unfair and I will be avoiding Roswell going forward. I am now stuck with a defective bag i have to makeshift fix or pay a portion of my refund to send this bag back.

Overall - I'm happy with the bag. Just a few minor things.
First off - the bag is nice for a frame bag. I looked high and low to find a bag that fits my particular frame and still hold my two water bottles AND doesn't waste space around the head tube. Since my bike has many gear mounts, I removed the front two straps and poked/cut holes for the gear mount screws. I put the screws through plastic washers to add additional support to the bag and to keep the bag from slipping off the small screw heads. What I like+ Fits my Marin Headlands 2021 perfectly+ Doesn't obstruct me from carrying two large 28oz water bottles or 24oz with spout (50strong)+ Spacious+ Decent fabric, zipper, interior+ Top of bag has a sturdy support (maybe because i mounted it with additional support to hold it. There was a little sag when it was secured with the straps only)+ Straps are a good stiff quality+ Velcro is strongWhat I don't like about this bag- One zipper and one compartment (I knew this when buying but this bag fit perfectly)- Bottom tube velcro would have to wrap around where my hydraulic cables go into the frame and the straps would press on it. (Not the bags fault really but something to consider when buying)- Top tube strap near the head tube would interfere with a top tube bag. (This is solved with my gear mounts - but something to consider if you do not have them)What Can I carry in it?1. Spare 29inch tire tube (though my tires are tubeless)2. Change of Long compression socks3. Selfie Stick4. Crankbrothers multitool5. Torque Wrench6. A spare flashlight+ Could carry more stuff a few more things like USB wires, spare battery, granola bars.1000+ miles of gravel and asphalt and it's still holding up well

Not bad for the price
If you're looking for huge storage, this isn't for you. If you just want to keep some of your emergency kit off your back and on the bike, but run a dropper post, it's a great option.I had absolutely no issues fitting two CO2 cartridges, an inflator, zip ties, multi tool, inhaler, spare shifter cable, car keys, and some basic first aid items in there. With a medium frame Trek Marlin, the very front of it gets squished just a little bit by a large water bottle with mid-mount bottle cage. A bottle cage that could be shifted towards the seat tube some would clear the bag without issue. My only real gripe with the bag is that the hook and loop fastener is not very aggressive. It's also on the long side, which reduces the hook to loop contact. It has yet to come loose on MTB trails, but just doesn't feel very reassuring when removing it.

Update: top strap ripped off during ride
I had liked this bag since it looks great and is just big enough to fit my phone and tools for a ride, but it simply did not hold up. The mesh pocket inside broke first, and now the top strap in the back tore out at the seam.I am a mountain biker though, so I'd still bet this bag would be fine for road/commuting. IMO without a dropper post you might as well get a conventional saddle bag and save the frame space for water bottles though.

Great value basic bag
For the price this bag is fantastic. It seems well built; time will tell if it holds up, but I think it will if taken care of. The seams are flat and the zipper works well, comes with a well designed pull loop. The size is exactly what I wanted. Big enough for a spare tube, pump, multitool, phone, and probably a couple of other small items like a pair of gloves. I am particularly impressed with the straps - they hold well and have a slightly tacky surface that grips the bike securely.

Great bag, I have two of them
This is a very handy little bag!I actually have two of them on my bike (unconventional mounting because I ride a recumbent). One is for tools and tubes, the other for long ride snacks/fuel. It's made out of sturdy material and has a tough outer shield on the bottom. I haven't had it in the rain, but judging by the zipper I would guess that it "water resistant" not waterproof .

Well built, good design, but very small.
Pros:The materials are surprisingly good for a cheap bag (although I suspect the zipper may be the point of failure in the years to come)Doesn't look terrible. I also got the matching seat bag (although that one is branded as "Sahoo" instead of "Roswheel")It's small and compact. Certainly seems "aero" and doesn't add a ton of bulk or weight at all.Smart design with a sloped front end avoids any conflict or rubbing with the bolt on the back top of the headset.Cons:It tends to rotate a bit on the top tube as I ride but I suspect that's the case with any of these bags unless you get a bolt on model. Not a big deal. It's small. Like really small. If that's what you want then great, but just be aware. It won't easily fit an iphone 8 in a small case without distorting the bag. I currently just use it for 3 or 4 granola bars and that's about all that will easily fit inside which is fine for me, but I do perhaps wish they'd made it just a bit bigger.

Great for keeping the saddle area clean
I moved my saddle-bag from under the seat to on top of the top tube (behind the handlebar stem). I did it because A) my leg kept hitting the bag, and B) I bought a new light that wouldn't fit under the seat with the bag.I carry the basic tire repair equipment, and it was a brief struggle to fully close the bag, but dozens of rides later I tend to forget the bag is there. Great product if you prefer not to have anything bugging your legs when pedaling.

Good size
Put this on my TT bike for doing and ironman which held my nutrition fine. It's also lined to keep things cool.

Comodo e di buona qualità
Buon prodotto, comodo e resistente.
