I love the Buckwheat pancake mix ! It's delicious and extremely healthy. It's so simple that it makes a wonderful breakfast on Sunday Mornings or a quick midnight snack. I add banana or blueberries for an extra snap.. Buckwheat flour is different texture but its a healthier choice than wheat flour.. You can always count on The Red Mill for quality food.

I must admit that I never really cared for buckwheat pancakes as a child. But after 50+ years I thought I would try them again. I’ve always been a fan of Bob’s Red Mill products so choosing their mix was a no-brainer for me. Easy to follow preparation instructions produced delicious pancakes that my wife and I both enjoyed. As an added bonus, the whole grain ingredients produce a pancake which keeps your hunger at bay much longer than the highly processed mixes which leave you hungry a short while later. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and plan to order more as needed.

Good but bit pricey for pancakes

Never had buckwheat pancake mix . But wow I love this mix. Easy on my stomach. I add vanilla to the pancake mix and they are absolutely delicious!

I’ve love, buckwheat pancakes as a child. However, in today’s economy, it’s hard to find buckwheat flour. I have so far made banana pancakes, fresh blueberry pancakes, and the buckwheat is nice and filling for the fiber. It keeps one fall all day. The taste is good. The ease-of-use is awesome. The thickness is perfect. The texture is perfect. The quality of the pancakes and waffles I made were perfect. Organic Buckwheat is much better and healthier than white flour. It has flavor.

It was OK but I've had better buckwheat pancake mixes and will not reorder. There was no strong buckwheat flavor, very bland.

A bit pricey, but worth it
