Durable, just enough buttons.
Amazing mouse. Only regret was not buying another while it was on sale!

High quality, long lasting
It's been about 3 years since I've owned this and it's been an absolutely fantastic mouse. It's certainly reaching it's lifespan limit though and I'm starting to run into constant stuttering. It's been extremely comfortable, but it is on the heavier side of mice.

Nice gaming mouse
It's a pretty solid gaming mouse, even comes with extra weights if you want. of course it's not perfect, but for the price, i find it difficult to match.CONS1 - VERY cheap looking cable. I've owned multiple mice from multiple brands over the last decade, and this one has by far the cheapest looking/feeling cable of them all. It looks and feels exactly as the cable of a 5 bucks mouse would. The connector is not bad, but the cable itself is.that's the only fault i could find upon a few months of use.PROS1 - Fully customizable RGB and buttons with the G HUB app.2 - extra weights if you want a heavier mouse but still like the feeling of this one.3 - infinite scroll wheel is pretty useful and easy to lock.4 - high quality hero 25k sensors, that can be fine tuned to your mousepad for extremely precise movement.5 - makes me feel better at competitive FPS games. if i am actually better or not is debatable.verdict: if you want a gaming mouse, buy it, try it and tell everyone how much it is "not bad".

Mouse receives updates through ghub better than most Mouse
G502 hero Logitech product is another great Logitech product I was using the g700 and this will be my second Logitech product g502 hero so far this mouse is an outstanding addition to the Logitech brand I believe that this product is not brand new but I am amazed on the functionality and the performance of this mouse I had my g700 since 2005 I can only imagine what the g502 hero will be like and how long it will last I'm predicting it's going to last even longer than the g700 this mouse accepts upgrades quickly through the ghub and the Logitech website this is why Logitech for me is one of the best products that I have ever purchased I hope this helps people

Really comfortable but needs a minute to get there
My old mouse finally clicked its last click and apparently doesnt exist anymore so I needed a good mouse that had similar mappings. It took me some time to get the feel just right but after a day or two it felt just as natural as my last one!

Wire on mouse was cheap plastic instead of durable braided cord!!!
I've been using Logitech's G502 Hero wired mouse for years. This past week I ordered a replacement but when I opened the box, I noticed that the usual durable braided cord they have always used was replaced with a cheap plastic.Thinking this was in error I returned it and double checked the webpage images and information on this particular mouse. I noticed two different images were being shown for the same model. One showed the nice braided cord that I expected so I ordered that one as a replacement for the one I was returning, thinking it was a mistake.Logitech apparently has decided to go cheap...the second mouse I got also had a cheap plastic wired so I'm returning it as well. When a company starts cheapening their products, even in small ways like this cord, you know you are in trouble.Logitech has just lost a long time customer. I noticed that they rebranded back in 2015 but as far as I am aware they are still a Swiss company. My question is this: Why on earth cheapen a good product like this? Plastic wires on computer mice wear out so fast and split, where as those durable braided cords last. Although those braided cords will show some fraying of the braided materials, I've never had one break or split like the plastic ones I got rid of back when I switched to Logitech for their quality.I am really disappointed in this. Logitech really needs to think about the materials they use for their products. Cheap plastic wires are not worth losing customers over.
