I'm an athlete but I didn't use this during training. I used it in between sessions for periods when I wanted to immobilise my wrist following an ECU tendon injury. It was good with suitable compression and a decent fit. It was nice and long so provided good support. The best feature is the lateral supports - strips on the sides which prevent lateral movement as well as the main bar on the front preventing front-to-back movement. Was still able to do most daily activities with it on, although eating, writing and using a mouse and keyboard would all be more difficult - to the extent that I took it off for those tasks. As expected really! It fitted me well, although I think many males would benefit from the larger size. I am quite slender at the wrists. So I recommend this one. If you want something to use during training then there's a red-and-grey Bionix one out these which is excellent. I have both, and I'm glad. They suit different purposes. I've used this black one for a couple of weeks now and it's doing well.

Am waiting to have steroid injection..this is very helpful but Don over tighten it if wearing over night..does protect my thumb great tho.

Great brace ,after breaking my wrist several times over the years I now have a week spot ,usually once a yearIt will give me a lot of pain for a few weeks , a brace really helps me , my old one has done it's service and so time for a new one , I found this to be well made , comfortable and most importantly does the job . 5*

This wrist support was just what I needed. After wearing it for a couple of days my wrist felt so much better. I ordered the smallest size and it fits well.

This item initially seemed to be OK and did the job, although the thumb hole was a bit tight. Then after some light use it started to fall apart. If it was made better, then it would be good.

Prima maar te klein voor grote handen en snijd aan de binnenkant van mn duim. Voor kleinere handen denk ik prima, goed materiaal
