I don't normally write reviews, but this product gets an exception.I purchased this product for leaky gut after reading that L-glutamine could help heal it. To my surprise, after a little over a week of supplementation my symptoms are significantly better. Physically better, I have less joint pain, and bowel movements are near perfect.I remain skeptical of its long term use, as diet is really the only way to prevent further damage to the gut once it is healed. I intend on quitting use after about a month or so. But, I will keep this supplement around in case I need it again.Note that I also started supplementing with magnesium and started a probiotic 3 days ago. So I have not used the L-glutamine independently of the magnesium for a significant period, but the probiotic is new.

Glutamine for me and the animals.I'm a physician who learned about the benefits back in the 1990's when working with HIV Pos patients. The benefits are extensive: it's the only chemical that can scrub nitrates, ammonia, urea; it supports GI tract health (and best known cure for diarrhea); it supports immunity; it supports some liver and renal functions and so on!I love the large container. Usually when I buy in bulk it comes in a bag. It's much easier to scoop out of this container!!

I began taking L-glutamine to repair my stomach and intestional lining. I was told I had to take antacids everyday for the rest of my life--BUT I read the side affects--causes stomach cancer and ostreoprosis! Can't see saving myself from Pancreaous cancer to die of a broken hip! So I began taking this every nite on empty stomach so that it could repair while I slept. It only took a few months and I was off all stomach acid reducers--anyway, they say that acid reflux is mistakenly thought to be becasue of too much acid in the stomach--but I read it is becasue there is not enough! We need stomach acid to digest our food--when you add a reducer you don't absorb nutriants and that causes all kinds of trouble--look it up and research it--it is your life. This product can repair your insides if used properly.

I bought this supplement to heal my leaky gut, which was causing me swollen eyelids and awful skin reaction like urticaria on a daily basis. After a couple of months I started noticing my allergic reactions diminishing. After a year of using this product my gut is healed. In the beggining I took a lot of dosages throughout the day (about 40 gm total). Now I just take 10 gm every morning to maintain my gut healthy. I like how its unflavored and easily diludes in water. I don’t even fill up a cup.. I just put a little bit of water (enough to dilute it) and drink it real fast. When you have to take a supplement so often on a daily basis, you will start to prefer powders like this that don’t require making a smoothie to be able to gulp down.

I started out using this powder for leaky gut and it worked great. I then switched to try other powders because this brand really didn’t dissolve completely. Maybe It’s because I’m only using 4oz of water to 1 scoop. Regardless, when I tried other brands I noticed my Leaky gut symptoms coming back. But when I switched back to Nutricost, my symptoms went away again. I’m convinced this stuff is the real deal. I contacted the company to find out where they source their L-Glutamine and they said from USA and Australia. As far as taste goes, I usually squirt in a bit of water flavoring when I take it. And usually when I take it, I stir with a little straw and drink quickly before any un-dissolved bits settle to the bottom. I did notice one day when I added a scoop to 8oz of water that I also added a scoop of Benefiber to, that it dissolved completely. Just thought I’d throw that out there in case it helps anyone trying to decide. What sells me on this stuff is that it actually works and that it’s not sourced from China. Never again will I experiment with other brands. My health is too important.

I love Nutricost L-Glutamine Powder. You get used to the flavorless "taste" with the water very fast, at least I did. I love that it only has L-glutamine and not any other ingredients in it. This is my third purchase of the product and will continue buying it.

I really like this product because you cannot even taste it when you are putting into smoothies or baking goods. I looked both online and in store before purchasing L-glutamine because recommended serving size, according to Dr. Axe, 5 grams is the serving size of a person should consume per day. In specific those who want to heal their microbial gut in which I am in the process of doing so. Also, another great thing about this product is that for each serving containing 5 grams of L-glutamine, you get a total of 100 servings for that price! You can't beat that price. Trust me, I already did my research both on amazon and other health stores or websites. I can't tell you how my results are going as to my healing process for my microbial gut but perhaps in 1-3 months I can make another review here and letting you know how it's going.

I use this because I have an auto immune condition that attacks my hair, skin, joints, lungs and the most painful is my muscles. I am not sure how much this helps but I have been taking it for a few months. I have muscle breakdown and I hope this helps with repair.

前回お試し感覚でアスリチアのグルタミン500gを初めて使用してみて、予想外に良かったので今度は1kgのまとめ買いしました。トレーニングでなく腸炎のため腸壁修復のために摂取してますが、「疲れにくくなった」という体感効果がはっきりあるのでお気に入りのサプリです。こちらもアスリチアと同様の効果があり、違いは感じられません。粉がNutricostの方が若干粒子が細かいかもしれないです。いつもスプーンによそって粉だけで行きますが、アスリチアと同じ要領で口に入れると最初むせました。グルタミン特有のだしの味も、こちらの方が薄い気がします。ドリンクに溶かして飲むには良さそうです。きれいなさらさらの粉末でおかしな臭いも無く品質良いと思います！

パウダー系のアミノ酸は飲み慣れているのですが、独特の酸味というか匂いが、少し苦手な部類でした。この辺は好みというか生産過程や生産環境による違いなのでしょう。慣れも必要かな。無味無臭のグルタミンパウダーよりも少し匂いがします。

普通のLグルタミン。水に溶かして1回10g位筋トレの後飲んでる。全然問題ない。今2個目を開けて飲んでる！ずっとリピしたいです。あえて言うなら中に入ってる乾燥剤が大きくて邪魔！

コスパが高くハードなトレーニングをしてる方には満足の行く価格設定と量だと思います。トレーニング前後のプロテインドリンクに足して使用しています。価格が安いので気にせず沢山使えます。
