I dehull with a mesh basket, and flip out onto paper towels. The mesh baskets are described as “soil sifters” at desertcart, I bought a three pack of various mesh sizes, well made, and not expensive, highly recommended.

I buy these every year because I grow a lot of kale for my animals. Although I literally just liberally spread them in the planting area it does seem the germination rate is very good. You really can't beat the price compared to a seed pack. For those who don't know, it's listed for sprouting and microgreens but that's because that's the market it targets but, you can grow big plants.
