Never forget to turn this off. Ever. Leave it on more than 24 hours, and it's dead.
I honestly tried to like this. I spend all day at my desk, and if you forget to turn this off, when you go to use it next, it bursts the eardrums of anyone listening to you. And turning it off for a day or so doesn't fix it. I've gone through two of these so far, and am looking for a different model to suit my needs.Edit: The company saw my review and sent me a replacement. This is my third device. I'll consider adding a third star if it lasts. I'll see how this one fares.

Great product, The best customer support.
The InnoGear Phantom power supply I received is great. It's a small form factor power supply that won't take up so much space, but does is job as expected. This is what you need when you have hardware, like a microphone that can't draw enough power from the source, giving you more power and higher gain. Updated my review to 5 stars for the product and for the best customer support I have ever experienced. InnoGear really goes beyond expectations to make things right. I received the product without a power cable. There was a perfect spot in the box for one so I figured they forgot it... I check on the asked questions and other customers have said the cable is included. So I was upset when I found I bought a power supply that can't even supply power... I contacted support and they went above and beyond to make it right and even had a representative call me. Unfortunately I missed the call but soon received a text! I've never seen customer support go that far before. Thank you so much InnoGear.

CONDENSER MIC FOR PC? YOU NEED THIS.
If you have a condenser mic, and you're not using a power supply, you NEED this, or the sound won't be loud enough. My microphone seller didn't mention the need of a power supply at all, and when they were asked this, they changed the subject, which makes me mad. I use this as a YouTuber and game streamer, I need the utmost voice quality. I would have to boost my microphone, which made it static or sound like I was talking through a phone. Now, my microphone makes it sound like I'm right next to the listener's ear, even with my 40$ condenser mic. If anyone wants to know it's an AUKEY condenser mic.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EX0MAY6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Very easy to set up, all you need is the female to male 3.5mm XLR cable that LIKELY comes with your mic. Also very easy cable management. If you don't have the cable I just mentioned, here is the one I use with this power supply, as my mic just came with an XLR to XLR cable. It comes in a variety of lengths and is very cheap.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000068NZF/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I love it. I always had static sound with my condenser mics and was sure it was a cruddy DAW and I had an original mbox, then a focusrite, and now presonus usb audiobox. All of them were USB powered and even though they claimed to give phantom power, that's a bunch of bull. This external phantom power gave enough power for a clean signal. Been playing with my mics nonstop.

It Dies
If you fail to turn this off, it dies and never works again. I thought this was an excellent purchase at the time, however since I don't always remember to turn it off it would have been helpful to know that if you don't it burns completely out. Unfortunately this happened to me during the middle of a live broadcast without warning! I've had the power supply for approximately one year, and unless it's supposed to replaced on a yearly basis, I'm sorely disappointed. Now I have to find a new one and cross my fingers that it works better than this one. I was very impressed by the reviews, but in retrospect I should have kept scrolling. Update: I spoke with InnoGear Customer Service and they were most helpful; sending me a replacement immediately! 4-Stars because they are extremely accommodating.

A cheap and easy way to jump into the world of high quality audio!
This is a cheap and easy way to get your condenser microphone up and running. Just plug your mic into the "Line IN" port and then run the "line out" to what ever device you desire, computer, camera, phone, karaoke, you name it! The case is well built and upon disassembling the unit I was impressed with the quality of manufacturing. The supply is using all through-hole components which are all labeled via silk-screening, this means if anything ever goes wrong in the future repairs will be a breeze. Additionally the unit is very easy to take apart, just remove 4 screws on the front face plate and the entire main board slides right out. Sound quality from the unit is excellent, no audible noise is added to the output from the phantom power supply. My audio comes out crisp and clear! I would highly recommend this little unit! For more info you can check out this video: [...]

Not Worth My Time.
I'm going to promise you all that I am honest about what happened here and as a Youtuber and a Travel Photographer, I am not impressed by this device. Now It works the first 48 hours but soon after it started to cause some power issues. The reason why this was a power issue, I went out and decide to purchase the Zoom H4N Pro to see from B&H because I am here doing coverage from PhotoExpo Plus 2018. The feedback coming from the line cause some odd sounds and breaking up as tested it on the 3rd day. Now I decided to purchase the H4N Pro on 24th of this month. The Output was the issue here. Therefore, I would not recommend this if you're on a Youtube budget. I'm more advanced than others and I should have made the purchase of the H4N instead of the Innogear aka neewer. If you want to control gain, and bass and mid tones, look for an interface device that can give good results. This device only powers A XLR mic. Just think about the end result at the end of the day. As a filmmaker as well audio makes up 50% of your audience and I don't want to use a device in the middle of a podcast and it just kicks the bucket.

work perfectly for me,only few things extra I need to do i.e. buying external soundcard as my laptop has combo audio port due to which external microphone is not connected. I am using this with Neewer NW-700 Professional Studio Condenser mic and setup is awesome. They also provide step down voltage regulator to convert 220 V to 110 V as I am going to use it in India.

Great Seller and Great Products
This power supply works very well but it doesn't matter if you have it turned on or off, it still keeps running. I just unplug the adaptor to shut it off. Outside of that it works for me, Thanks:)

does NOT come with the cable shown in the 5th picture. You have to spend another 10 dollars on that to make this unit a passthrough. Not impressed since I now have to wait for shipping of that.
