I had high expectations on this product. The shipping was fast. The flat iron that comes with the product is not even useful because it states on the product directions that the flat iron included in the box does not reach the ideal temperature (450 F) for optimal results. I ended up buying a flat iron that was able to reach the 450 F required. I followed the directions carefully and it seemed like the product was going to work. I waited for more than 72 hours before washing per the instructions but after washing my hair (using a sulfate-free shampoo as instructed), it was back to curly. I do not recommend the product
