Only taken two but already feel more energetic. They taste pure, salt watery

Not bad but not for me
I took these for general health and to get 92 of my 102 mini wraps in. I have no problem with Seamoss normally but the bladderwuck I think had a negative affect on my thyroid.It’s plain Seamoss for me.

This has helped me in several ways. I now have better sleep patterns. It's good to wake up and feel refreshed, rather than exhausted, as I used to before taking this. I seem to feel brighter and more energised. I tend to have a more sensible appetite, as well
