We've noticed the difference in taste between our old filters and these. These are much better.

This works and the filter PH is 8, ceramic mineral makes up this filter. I will buy again.

This is my third day trying the product, I’m still deciding if there is any difference. All good so far.After trying this product for less than a month I was not impressed. My filtered water tasted worse and it gave me stomach ache. I have gone back to using my Britain’s water filter. I felt the alkaline water filter was a complete waste of my money at £25. I have chucked the other two cartridges away.

RIP off. It is not compatible with Beira filter jug. Water doesn’t drip through!!! And as I’ve only just tried to use them no refund possible!!! I tried to give it a no star but option not available

The media could not be loaded.  So shocked to see that the water turned black when the water was filtered. So I did not continue to use it

Incorrect product description, does not fit Brita Maxtra due to missing grooves (see photo). Filter therefore doesn’t sit snug and water just runs past it, without being filtered. Hope I get a refund...

The ion exchange beads in this cartridge seem not to be optimized for dealing with hard water. While a filtration of mineral (bottled) water Ph7.4 can be increased to 8.2 by these cartridges, the tap water (hard tap water) sometimes comes out even more acid that the original. At least this did not work in my case. On the positive side they seem to be quite good eliminating chlorine and some salts from tap water.

Does not fit Brita filter even though it stated it does waste of money
