Large Silky Bonnet Satin Sleep Cap Wide Elastic Band for Women Curly Natural Long Hair (Pure Black)

I have 4c natural hair. It would be nice if the inside of this sleeping cap was as well made as the outside. The inside seam on the headband irritates my skin. Between that and the rougher (not satiny) material on the inside, I have to wear this inside out in order to be comfortable. Otherwise, the exterior is as pictured.

I love the color and feel but if you put any products in your hair, as a black woman, this is not it sis. It’s very thin and the pink came off on my white pillow cover. I wish it had more padding and comfort to it. It’s stretchy and can hold all of my hair but I use protective styles and leave in products over night. Would not recommend.

The hair net part is nice and big enough for my hair, but the inside of the cap isn’t satin or silk is like a rougher cotton material. The elastic band is super thick, but not tight and secure. It could be 1/3 of the thickness it is to be effective. If it’s pulled up on my head is smashes the front on my hair, and if pulled down out of my hair line it’s over my eyes. It’s not secure enough to my head to stay on overnight.I’m going to keep it, flip it inside out, secure my own elastic to it, and then hem it with the elastic band already attached. My only concern is that the rough inter (which will become the exterior) will catch and snag on my bedding thus pulling it from my head while I sleep. Also it won’t look at cute.

I have a small head and short natural hair. It is very roomy & allows my hair to keep its shape while protected. Yet the band which is very versatile fits not too tight or loose. Stays on all night. The silkiness is beautiful, unfortunately I wear mines inside out. So, I Will order another but double sided.***update love my double sided one by the way!

Just got it today. Tried it on and it fits PERFECTLY! Very well made - feels just like a normal headband around my head. I’m a person that always complains that headbands are too tight and was worried this would be too for sleeping but this headband fits perfectly - not too tight or to loose. My head is probably the size of a mans so I usually have to loosen hats/ caps, so you have a smaller head it may be loose but it fits my big head perfectly! I love it!!!!! Can’t wait to use it to protect my hand tied hair extensions while i sleep

The band is soooo much more comfortable than the previous ones I’ve had! There was no need to “break it in” or cut into it so that it isn’t so tight around my head when I sleep at night. It’s also spacious and soft feeling (though it’s a stretch to say the inside is silk). I’m extremely satisfied!

This is a nice quality bonnet but the band is wayyyyyy too thick. If you’re a person that does any kind of skincare routine, this band will wipe it completely off of your forehead. I have a larger forehead and it still comes down to right above my eyebrows. It will no stay if you try to fold/roll it up some. If you don’t have a skincare routine or put anything on your forehead at night, this bonnet may work for you. The band could be 1/4 of the size it is.

I’m not impressed with this one. The biggest disappointment was finding out the material is not satin inside. It must be worn inside out to be effective for reducing damage. The headband part is too thick and covers from my hairline to below my eyebrows. However, even with the thick headband, I often find this slips off my head when I’m sleeping. I really wanted to like it, but I’ll stick with a satin pillowcase.

I am disappointed with this bonnet. The elastic is comfortable but it is too loose and it would slip off my head every night. The satin part is on the outside so i had to wear it inside out.Also, i have long 3b hair so i thought a bigger bonnet would suit me better but since it allows the hair to hang down, it flattened my curls and got rid of any volume on the roots. It might work for people with tighter and more defined curls, but for my hair i found that a smaller bonnet works because it keeps my hair tight together and contained on the top of my head instead of the back.

DO NOT BUY. I woke up to a stained pillowcase. Even after washing it so many times! Its really annoying because it was my favorite pillow case. All of the cases I have are now damaged for good. I want a refund!

Yes, its silky and does the job, but it's not as big as advertised for thick or long hair, unless your hair is super fine and weightless. It also pills down your forehead and doesn't stay where it should. I feel I get better results just gathering my hair a certain way and sleeping on my satin pillowcase.

My favourite bonnet! Really great for use when you have bigger hairstyles.
