Delivery is a nightmare!!!
It's been 1 and a half weeks since my treadmill arrived and I still have not been able to use it. First, it arrived without the hardware kit needed for assembly, without a manual and without the chest strap for the heart rate monitor. Chatted with an online rep from reebok and they sent me the items needed but took 10 business days. Upon assembly, I realized that 2 wheels for the base were also not included, the safety key was missing (so I STILL cannot use the treadmill) and, although I received the heart rate chest strap, the sensor was not attached with it. So now I have to send yet another laundry list for Reebok. So far, the treadmill looks nice, but as of now, it's an oversized paperweight until I at least get that safety key.My recommendation: either purchase this pre-assembled OR use another company.

Horrible Delivery
I have no problems with the treadmill itself, I actually like it quite a bit. It is my first treadmill, so I don't have a lot of experience to compare it to, but overall I'm pleased. That said, the treadmill arrived in terrible shape. Every single plastic piece was wither cracked or broken. This included the front of the base, the foot rails along the side, and part of the pedestal. The treadmill stills runs, but being brand new, I'd expect better. The box also arrived nearly destroyed, and had obviously been re-taped. The delivery company took no responsibility for it, either.I get that these things happen, but similar to the previous review, working with customer service has not been easy. I corresponded through email, so I didn't have the prolonged phone wait times, but I was told all of the parts were out of stock and would take weeks to arrive. The parts have been slowly coming in one at a time. I asked the company to send someone out to repair (since labor is listed as part of the warranty), but they insisted the parts were easy enough to install by myself. Be that as it may, that isn't really the point - if the warranty covers it, I shouldn't have to do it. Turns out, however, that it isn't the easiest - some of the parts had holes missing for the screws, so I had to drill new holes myself. All in all, I would recommend going with a different comparable treadmill based on the customer service experience.

Good treadmill, somewhat narrow.
Overall I'm pleased with the quality and features of this treadmill. Assembly took roughly 2 hours by myself. Be sure to keep the wire twisted to the posts when unpackaging. They will later be used to fish the control panel wiring harness through the posts. The treadmill has plenty of length for stride, but could use more width. Apart from that my only other complaint would be the motor housing. It sticks out too far in front of the control panel forcing you to back up to avoid stepping on it. This means you have to stretch for the controls a bit while in motion.

Sturdy, lots of features
Heavy-duty treadmill with lots of neat features. My husband and I are not small people (185 and 235 lbs), and this equipment is made to handle us (and more). There are many great programs for a variety of workouts. It is just what we wanted for amateur/beginner joggers. It is VERY heavy, so try and get the delivery person to deliver it all the way to the room that you will be using it in. Ours only put it in the garage, and my husband and I somehow hefted it up the stairs ourselves, but nearly killed ourselves (and our marriage!) in the process. But once we got it to the right space, it took the two of us about 1.5 hours to put it together (me carefully reading the directions and handing out the pieces, and him putting it together).Highly recommend - and great price!

Good solid unit, Be prepared to move the unit after its delviered
This unit is big, and fairly heavy. Be sure to put it near the place you want to use it before you assemble it. It won't fit through any doors or stairways after assembly. When mine was delivered, the delivery men told me they could not carry it anywhere except just inside the door because I only had "standard delivery"... I didn't realize there were delivery options... They dropped it inside the door, and I had to find someone to help me move it to the basement.Assembly was not too bad, and so far it runs fine.... has slow speeds for me and faster speeds for younger folks...

Great treadmill
I LOVE this treadmill. The controls are very easy to use. It is iFit compatible, but we do not have iFit. The machine comes with many preprogrammed workouts on it already, so the iFit is not necessary. The only thing I wish was different was if you could input your weight so that the calorie count could be accurate.

and it seemed to be a nice piece of equipment
Customer service from Reebok is abysmal, they are absolutely clueless. I purchased the 910 from a neighbor who had it for 6 months. The price was right, and it seemed to be a nice piece of equipment. I have tried for 5 days to find any sort of video, or anybody who could tutor me in how to use this treadmill. I have been all over the internet looking. I even went to Icon.com, who built the treadmill (they no longer work with Reebok) and they couldn't help me. Is there a video anywhere that show how to set up and use this piece of equipment?

Great Treadmill
The Reebok ZigTech 910 is a great treadmill for the price. So far it has been sturdy, reliable, and has a solid motor. The only thing I was surprised about was its size. I didn't realize it was so much bigger than others. The length of the tread is extra long and the weight of the machine is 300lb. It was definitely hard to carry into the house and put together. The last treadmill I had was much lighter, but then the engine went out on it within two years. I'm hoping this one has a very long life.
