My physical therapist approved this set for my home therapy. I tore a ligament in my elbow which took almost a year of treatments, and this set contains a lot of the hand tools that I used with the physical therapist. When I bought this set and took it to my therapist to make sure I could use it in my home recovery, he was pleasantly surprised at the quality and all of the tools included in the kit. Definitely worth it and it was like the experience with working with my therapist but the convenience of being home.

I bought this item to do rehab at home, functionality is fine, like the color, the use of these items is a great idea for home use its some of the same items you would use when you go to rehab. Resistance is fine, the only thing is the quality of some of these items I do not like the feel of just remember you get what you pay for.

The reviews for this product were all over the place but it looked like a nice set for a low price. There were no instructions but none are needed. Very intuitive. The storage bag is very handy and roomy enough to easily hold all parts. All of the devices are great for me - a 70-yr-old woman with average sized hands. I want to use these to maintain hand strength. I love them. However, I really can’t imagine them being at all useful for anyone of reasonable fitness in younger age groups, especially men with regular man-sized hands. I have to work hard to get the finger-spread loops over my fingers and the ball and ring are barely big enough to give my hands a workout. This set is great for older people, people who need gentle physical therapy, and older children. I haven’t had it long enough to evaluate durability but even if only half of the devices last it was a good value.

Everything appears to be of good quality for the price. I like the variety of equipment. All are easy to use and I like the 3 different levels of strength of the finger strengtheners.

I broke my hand last year and had to have surgery. This has helped tremendously in my recovery for grip strength and mobility of my hand

This is a nice set but unlike what it says in the description, this is NOT suitable for people with arthritis who are looking to maintain or regain mobility in their fingers. Each piece in the set felt like it was meant for body builders. The resistance was such that I could barely squeeze them or if I did, it would surely hurt later on.

I’ve used these extensively and they work!On the minus side- one of the rivets fell out of the Hand Gripper, I put a drop of Super Glue on it and tapped it back into place and it works!The Grip Master is awkward to use and seems to mimic the other items exercise.Love the 5 Finger Stretcher as it exercises “back of the hand” muscles that don’t get much exercise! Although the instructions don’t say, the 3 Finger Stretchers have varying resistance. The lightest being the light blue then the dark blue and finally the dark blue/green one.
