Great on taste but not on texture
I like these gluten-free noodles however they do break a part quite a bit. I have tried cooking them more al dente but no luck. The overall flavor is great. Just needs a little work on the texture.

Tastes Like the Real Thing
A very good substitute for the real thing. It cooks in about 11 minutes for me. I was shocked at how similar the taste and texture were. It shocked my husband who isn’t into the gluten free thing but thought this tasted almost the same. Leftovers aren’t as good though. The texture turns like leftover rice - dry. Be advised, if that’s important to you. It’s not a deal breaker for me so I give this five stars because I get to enjoy a pasta dinner with my husband.

This is simply the best gf spaghetti out there—nothing compares with taste, texture or price.

Just as good as Barilla GF
I have tried every gluten free pasta under the sun and this one compares to what I previously felt was "the best". The difference is, this one hasn't skyrocketed in price like Barilla has. So, it has become my new go to.

Won't break apart!
I am gluten free by medical necessity, my husband is not. He thinks this is the best gluten free pasta we have tried to date. I love that it doesn't fall apart after boiling like some brands.
