Apple iPad Mini 5th Generation (Wi-Fi + Cellular, 64GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I am an Apple guy, Mac, IOS, iPhone,TV, ect. I have a 13” iPad Pro. I bought this as a banger for the woods. I hunt, fish, camp and hike. This mini will serve as my new GPS along with Gaia GPS app. Plenty of storage space for digital maps. I can’t believe the condition. I bought “good”, this is like new. Everything functions perfectly. Camara is excellent. It uses the latest iOS, 26.1 and features all the apps. Speakers sound great for such a little one. So far, battery is as expected, as it is 28 watts. As soon as the snow goes in the Allagash, it’s going with me. Thanks so much. Great purchase for 1/3 of the price of a new one.

I replaced my gen-1 iPad mini with this gen-5 model. There was nothing wrong with my old mini, except the obsolete hardware would no longer accept upgrades or new software. I preferred this model to the new gen-6 because of several incompatibilities with my setup - e.g. gen-6 has no audio plug, uses USB-C cable, which would have required adapters and different spec cables, etc. I really just wanted an upgrade to my old mini without new incompatibility problems. I took the chance because the gen-5's will sell out before long, and I reasoned I could send it back if it was all dinged up. I saw no dings or problems at all. I was pleasantly surprised at the great condition of the renewed product I received and the prompt shipping. Before the gen-6 iPad mini came out this model with cell chip and 256 gigs cost twice as much as this renewed mini. Getting a virtually new mini for half price was an amazing deal. Conversion was easy. I backed up my old mini to my computer. I removed the SIM card from it and installed it in the renewed mini (which came without a SIM card). Then I restored my new mini from the backup. This mini comes with non-Apple charger and cable. I used my old mini's accessories.

Obviously a used / refurbished item but it came with a screen protector and arrived in great shape. Since they're in Brooklyn, NY and I'm just outside of Trenton, NJ, this arrived on Tuesday after I ordered it on the weekend. Still, compared to the $729 that the 256GB cellular iPad 6 would cost, the fact I got this for more than half off that for the previous model... AND unlocked cellular... plus it updated to the latest iOS build 17.1.2, I have no complaints. I had to reset the device and reset network settings (just to be extra safe since my work data would be on it)... but absolutely no complaints with this. Thanks for the great deal.

I know that I bought this refurbished, however, it was sold to me with part of the antenna broken so when I went in to trade it for a new one it had 0 trade in value. Not happy. Plus the battery dies so fast. A full charge doesn’t even last a day.
