I am power bank obsessed. I think everyone should have one. I was looking for something beyond just a regular power bank. Quite frankly, there isn't anything you can't charge.It also has an OLED screen that tells you battery life and more. I love when you can actually see that percentage.It came partially charged at around 40%. I did immediately charge it fully. It took a few hours...about 3 or 4 to fully charge from 40%. I am not surprised by this because of the capacity. It took about 8 hours to fully charge from around 5%.To go from 100% to 5% I charged the following...My phone 7 timesMy husband's phone twiceHis tablet onceMy tablet 4 timesA hand warmer onceA plasma lighter twiceMy headset onceAlso, when I charged this stuff they were practically dead. I basically wanted to see how much I could actually charge. Everything charged super fast, with the tablets taking around 35 minutes and my phone about 25.The only downside is that it weighs a little over 2 and a half pounds and isn't really meant to put in your purse. That really doesn't bother me because I wanted it for home use and to bring when I go visit family or travel. Though I'm not sure if I can actually bring it on a plane or not. I know they have an mAh limit, but i can't remember what it is or if there is a size limit. I know some airlines won't let you check power banks.I do like the power bank itself has a travel bag, but I definitely need to get a bag for it and all the accessories.My stepfather has a electric chair and this would be great as a backup emergency power source. So this power bank really has tons of practical uses.

This is my second attempt of a review. The first one was rejected for some kind of rules violation. I reviewed the rules but none seemed to be violated. I guess the sellers of Amazon can reject anything they want these days if it's not positive?Anyway. Received the battery and it does not work. It will not accept a charge using the power adapter provided with it. The display will only flash 00% continuously. Also it is different than the picture shown in the listing. There should be a USB-C charging port in the middle, but the one I received did not have that.

so far the battery is working out fine. i am testing the charges for android now. i plan to use this to power a sound devices mixpre 6. i know it will, the question is for how long. i give this 5 stars as of right now. PLEASE drain battery, then charge 100%, do not not charge until drained, repeat twice. then charge at your free will. if the battery sucks for you.... chances are, you did not charge it correctly!

I've got the former model, the PowerAdd Pilot Pro 2, but I now need USB-C. After reading a number of reviews of other products, I decided to stick with PowerAdd.I've only had it for a month, and only used it twice, but so far, so good. If this holds up like my other powerbank when traveling overseas, I'll be a happy camper.

This unit is amazing. It provides power to my surface Pro multiple times a day for days. It comes with connections for everything and will do any phone, iPad, and laptop. Performs exactly as advertised. Also i love the digital display. Good for camping or long trip. I am ready to go!!!

It holds a charge for a good amount of time. I haven't used it yet, but I think I'm going to be satisfied.
