Bamboo Architecture: In Competition and Exhibition Paperback – May 1, 2011

Really bad layout. Don't waste money on this.

I am a Master student doing my thesis on bamboo structure and bought this book hoping it will provide me with good case studies. Unfortunately, the book is a disappointment! Although there are many great projects included in the book, none of them is presented with good-resolution images and drawings. Moreover, the book lay-out is super confusing with projects jumping around with no clear classification or connection between projects. They are just a bunch of projects presented randomly! This book has potential but it really needs serious editing. Otherwise, it is just a collection of projects that are poorly presented (both in graphics and lay-out). Do me favor and do your research via google, you will find better info and drawings!
