This indoor grill has surpassed my expectations! It heats uniformly, is electric, doesn't smoke, is truly non-stick, the grill plate pops out for easy cleaning, it provides a large surface area for grilling, and it's scratch-resistant. I bought it primarily for vegetables. I'm very picky about veggies - I won't eat them if they're mushy. I'm happy to say I'm now eating way more veggies as this product has allowed me to grill veggies to perfect crispness - INDOORS, no less - with ease. Oh, and the price can't be beat!

Really like the way this cooks. Heats up very well and quickly. Main negative is the rather flimsy little grease compartment, which is difficult to insert properly. But especially in the hot summer, if you don't want to use a stove "broiler," this is a terrific item.

This is a fantastic product! We use it almost every day. We don't want to use our outside grill all the time because of the work involved in setting it up with charcoal, etc. So this product cooks great! we grill pork chops, hamburgers, steaks, chicken cutlets, or breast, and what a fabulous job! Minus the charcoal taste, it still grills like a champ! No smoke-filled home either! I highly recommend it to people who just want a grilled ANYTHING but don't want the mess of an outside grill, or it's way too cold outside to grill, or you live in an apartment or condo. It is also very easy to clean once you let it cool down. It comes apart for easy cleaning and it's very light.

It’s so much easier to grill burgers or dumplings or steak or hot dogs or even veggies the grease and fat does not pool like in a normal pan so there is minimal risk of popping and splattering so young teens can use this for cooking simple meals for themselves after school, giving th em confidence to explore better meals than frozen or fast food, cleaning up is a breeze and it stays at a good constant temperature and cool quickly when it’s unplugged! This is my third time buying this product, bought as a gift for my son , so I had to buy me one. bought a nother one as a gift and they loved it. you can cook so many different meals on it, clean up very well, the quality is excellent, sturdy, been using mine for over a year now. still work good. teriyaki chicken, grilled shrimps, steak, veggies, this grill is the bomb. I bought it because I was having a korean bbq theme birthday and it was perfect.

Amazon should never have shipped this wonderful product out in this condition. It would have been bad enough if it was just for me, however, it was for a gift. The burden of taking it back to a UPS facility is on me in order to have my credit card refunded. Buyers -- this grill is an amazing, five-star product. Fabulous. Buy it on QVC instead, where it will be shipped in it's original, individual external container box, with the product box inside of it. It will protect the grill and its glass cover inside much better as well. I love mine, and have purchased others from QVC which also came in perfect condition. Very disappointed Amazon would let this go out their door in such bad shape.
