More expensive than competitors’ products, but it’s OEM and it WORKS! I had to return a cheaper version from a competitor because it did not function properly even upon being fully charged. You get what you pay for!

I ordered 2 which didn't charge properly but their customer service was excellent at sending replacements and following up. New battery working well.

It has been working as expected for the last 2 weeks it has been installed. It now cannot run the laptop when it is disconnected from AC power. The laptop turns off immediately. Windows say it is 0% on the reboot, then 100% a few minutes later.Followup 10/28/2022:They sent out a replacement battery within a week. When I took to original out, some of the cells were expanded which is why it stopped working. There is nothing special about this battery since it is the same one sold by all the vendors. However, I wanted to point out that the support was great!

I had very high hopes. Battery looks nearly identical to the OEM Dell battery. There was a very small difference in the thickness of the battery near the center front which prevented the mousepad from clicking normally on a Dell XPS 15 - 9560, but that was solved by adding maybe a 2 millimeter shim to the two mount points near the center. Looks good but following the included instructions to calibrate the new battery in the laptop by discharging the battery as much as possible by running the laptop with power management disabled resulted in a dead battery that now does not charge in the laptop. Dell laptops expect the battery to return an identifying validation so that they know they can safely charge the battery (Lion batteries that are not charged properly can overheat and cause a fire) Unfortunately, it appears that this battery does not return a valid code that allows the battery to charge. I would give this a one star since it simply does not work as a replacement for the OEM battery, but the seller has good reports on warranty and returns and it is possible that other Dell models that this battery is intended for _might_ work. I can only tell you that it does not work (will not charge) in a Dell XPS 15 9560. Sad. I have to send it back now.

Worked a month the slowly would no longer hold a charge. End of it life was about two month then it held no charge.
