The mats do an okay job of keeping dirt and spills contained but the rubber is pretty flimsy so you can trim it easily to fit. After about a year and a half, the driver side mat has begun to tear. Like others reported, there's a rubber off gassing smell but it goes away. Keep your windows open and it'll be gone after 2 weeks or so. Decent set of mats, but not the best. You get what you pay for.
