What is the difference batween calete and citrate?

Chelate means the copper is chemically reacted to an amino acid (protein) which is preferentially absorbed. Citrate means the copper is chemically reacted with citric acid. It's less well absorbed and cheaper, but still helpful.

Why can't manufacturers and sellers just post a picture of the back of the bottle where it shows dosage, ingredients, and DVs? Is this so hard to do?

Most manufacturers do show the back of label. Even Walgreens does. If they don't, then go to a different seller Bruce
