I use it to make salsa. I add onions, bell pepper and Mexican spices to the chopped tomatoes.

Makes excellent salsa. One secret I've figured out is to use both yellow and red tomatos for the best flavor. Also, though it's more work to chop them up, cherry/grape tomatos make the tastiest salsa.

Sorry my bad review was from the guacamole packets. This arrived as described with 12 packets.

Great to have on hand when the garden is overflowing with ripe tomatoes!
