Not Effective?
The wipes were not very wet, It felt like wipe products that were drying out. Since the wipes felt dry, I did not feel that they were effectively cleaning my dog's paws. This is especially true since my dog is big and doesn't really like her paws touched so it was hard to be sure all parts of her paws were clean.
