I am now 64-1/2 and quickly to decline in the flexibility and mobility so necessary to my personal life and continued work as a nurse where I do much hands on patient care with lifting, bending and supporting. I took my cue from another of your reviewers: I begin my morning as I rise from bed with stretches using this strap and end my day with it. It is necessary too in the beginning yoga exercises I am doing because at times I cannot reach or stretch physically far enough to complete exercises without it. Add to that that it is beautiful---I chose black and love the little applique of the violate lotus on the strap. It is well made. It even came with instructions for washing, if that is needed. I am grateful for the place it has taken in my life. (PLEASE IF YOU USE THIS REVIEW DO NOT USE MY NAME!!!)

I really love this yoga strap and I've only used it once so far! First, let me say that I'm not the least flexible person, but this helps me stretch in ways that I couldn't before, especially with my leg reaches. I didn't really think the 10' length was necessary for my height because I'm only 5'7" (67"), but I don't think that it's too long as I can always wrap the extra around my hands (which is really helpful if I need to add length to what I'm already using). If you're even thinking about buying a yoga strap, I would recommend this one; not only is it a great price, but it's made of a super durable material and I can tell it will last me years!

I received the strap a day early and I was very very happy with what I got. I am a plus size girl and I need this strap for some upper back and shoulder support. I use it like a back brace. I was a little worried about size because I am a size 22, but it fit perfectly. It seems very sturdy. I plan on using it everyday. This is well worth the money!

The strap is very well made & meets my needs. What I would recommend is maybe an insert with some ways to use the strap & how to wash/care for it. I thought it was good quality for the price.

Repeat buyer. These are great, with proper use, they provide the most efficient stretching methods for lower back, hips and legs. A 5 minute routine does the job. Construction is good quality, price reasonable. Great product.
