Didn't even last a month
I purchased two of these for my coffee shop. The activation star/disk on both of them was completely stripped out within a month of use. "Conveniently" the seller sells replacement disks. If you read the reviews on those items, you can gather that this happens frequently. I contacted the seller to see if they would send me disk replacements for my items, and they said 'no'. They want me to return the items. These items are installed by a plumber, so as you can imagine, once you have these in place, it is not so easy to return them. The ones I bought from Espresso Parts for another shop have been working for two years without issue. You should consider that item instead.Update: After swapping out the plastic disk with the stainless one, and removing the ridiculous rubber coverings they put on them, the rinser works fine. Just add the price of the stainless disks/stars into the cost of the item from the start, and compare from there. The one thing I like about this rinser is that the drain is on the end rather than in the middle. It's much easier to get the item to drain since you can create a slight slope towards the drain, which doesn't work if the drain is in the middle.

Bad product, worse customer service
Before talking about my specific experiences, this model has two inherent flaws. One is that, like said above, the plastic rinser will wear down after a short period of time, and the threads will become stripped and need replaced. Secondly, the tray itself is not entirely sealed. Only the long portions have wings that will slot down into the drip tray. The short ends are open, and will cause milk or water to splash out regularly. (I attached a picture for reference.) This isn't a huge problem, but is annoying. The big problems are that we bought this for use in a coffee shop, and the product was shipped missing a rubber washer. After a few weeks of leaks, we discovered the problem and requested a replacement. After about a month, the new washer replacement came in the mail. Then, after about a month of use, the sprayer began to jam, and would get stuck in the down position. I removed the sprayer, checked and lubricated it, yet it still regresses back to being stuck, and continually spraying water. I contacted the seller repeatedly, who has since stopped replying to my emails with no solutions or any response to my problem. Our sprayer was used in the shop for 2 months at the most. Not a recommended product.

90 deg elbow would be nice on both inlet and drain paths. But, it works, so far.
I am using this as an espresso machine tray, the size fits nicely with the footprint. I had to spend an hour in a big box home store to get the fittings needed for the install. Knowing that 99% of the installations for this product will be on a countertop or bar, it would be great if the elbow fittings were included, as I had to make up several adapter joints to get it to work for my setup. The cold water sprayer has no regulator on it, and it seems to work fine. My drain tubing is simple clear vinyl that empties into a nearby sink. As long as you are comfortable with a little diy plumbing, and can get the hardware, this should work. I am now awaiting the plastic star arms to fail.
