Rosebud Perfume Co. Lip Salve-Rosebud, 2 pack

I’ve been using Smith’s Rrosebud Salve for many years (decades!) and I still love it. It’s very versatile, and you only need a little bit so it lasts a long time. I mostly use it as a lip balm, with a thicker coating at night. Although it’s pink in the tin, it looks sheer on the lips. The scent is subtle but divine. I also use this on my elbows and around my cuticles, and put a tiny bit under my eyes at night after eye cream as an occlusive layer to lock in the moisture. It can also be used as a highlighter on cheekbones, and feels good if you have a little cut or scrape. I prefer this thicker formula in the tin to the one in the tube, but I have both. I highly recommend!

Repurchased over 10x. I have tried everything under the sun and NOTHING compares to this. I could have the worst chapped/cracked lips and use this for ONE day and they are healed. OBSESSED!

I don't gush, and if I LOVE something, it usually gets a four-star, not five.I'm giving Smith's Rosebud Salve full FIVE-STAR, no holds barred.I did customer service for years (on phone and in person) and had to talk all day. Chapsticks and Vaseline lip balm weren't enough. Then I found Smith's Rosebud Salve, and it was just. WOW. I put a tiny bit over my lips before I sleep, then another tiny bit just before work, and et voila! No more painfully chapped lips. I usually don't even have to reapply during the workday. Just once in the morning, once a night. It's AMAZING.And it works on EVERYTHING, not just dry lips. Got a painful crack on your dry heel? Put a generous dollop over it and cover with a band-aid. Extra dry hands during winters? Spread a tiny bit over your poor hands before you sleep. It WORKS.For those who don't like using the tin, Smith's Rosebud Salve does come in a tube form (I carry the tube for work, keep the tin at home). It works quite well, but I've generally found the tin has better consistency, and I like the old-fashioned design. I always keep my house stocked with at least two extra tins and one extra tube.Honestly, I don't even remember how I survived the winters before this salve.

This salve has been so useful. I like it for my fingers and toes moisturizer.

Love the product, but they arrived damaged

I was given Rosbud Salve by a friend last year. Other products I had tried for many years only temporarily helped my chapped lips.Rosebud salve over a short time stopped my chapped lips from coming back. I am buying more now to share with friends.

I love the feel of this balm. However, I don't think I'm getting much moisturizing effect from it. As someone else mentioned, it seems to make my lips dryer so I find myself using more of it and applying it many times throughout the day. But I'm still not going to stop using it because I love the smell and feel of it. I've been using this stuff since I was a little girl.
