My VacLife, My Helper!In August 2020, after a right shoulder surgery, I couldn’t use my regular vacuum cleaner, too heavy. Adding to that problem, I am OCD and very neat! It bothers me to see crumbs and “whatever” particles on my floor! I am sure, you might know such type! :)I almost re-injured my shoulder trying to use my regular vacuum; my kitchen floor was entertaining unsightly crumbs. So --- to safely resolve my obsessive cleaning concern, I went on a serious hunt for a cordless vacuum. It had to be handheld, small, and lightweight, a STRONG suction (deep cleaning), a multi-cleaning tool kit, and good reviews! After many hours of research (reading product descriptions and reviews), I decided on VacLife, it had all of my “must haves,” and then, some! Immediately, I was sold and placed my order with Amazon!My VacLife arrived professionally packed, with its multi-tools, extra filters, and a nylon zipper case (large enough to house the vacuum and cleaning tools); it was ready for work! It performed exceptionally well for nearly two years and three surgeries; the suction was just really great! It was the best little vacuum ever, until one morning, although fully charged, it stopped working properly!? I didn’t know happened to it or what to do about it! All I knew was how much I liked and depended on my VacLife! Truly, I wasn’t ready to give it up; it helped me to keep my house tidy through three surgeries!Since I wanted to keep my VacLife, I decided, with much reservations (no expectations for immediate help) to email VacLife Customer Service, detailing my concern. To my surprise, within hours, I received a response from Lily in customer service! In a friendly and caring response, she expressed a sincere desire to help with my problem! She told me what to do (make a brief video depicting problem), and within four days, OMG! I had a new VacLife! After its arrival, Lily emailed twice to ensure all was okay!Without any reservations, sincerely, I recommend this product, VacLife Handheld Vacuum Cleaner, and its amazing customer service team to everyone! I’m military so I’m utilitarian. I usually just take my house vac out to truck b/c I’m parked a cords length away from living room outlet. I wanted something to help me get into tight spots you can’t get just using house vacuum hose. I’m stationed in Hawaii and sand is an issue. Initially was pleased......lightweight, smaller than average dustbuster and liked it was rechargeable so no cords. Every attachment wrapped in bubble wrap or plastic, came with carry bag to keep everything together. Unfortunately the one piece I was wanting, long flatten tube attachment came broken. No pieces in packaging it was wrapped in so packed by manufacturer like that and nothing to do with distributor or shipping. I wrapped it in gorilla tape to cover hole and went out to truck. Overall suction seemed fine, don’t compare it to a house vac b/c its not. Put on attachment and vacuumed area of concern...between ‘fine’ suction and design of attachment....it was ok. But if you want vehicle detail type clean you’re going to have to do it manually. My drivers mat had debris on them so took attachment off and vacuumed to see how it would be for large areas and seats, w/o attachment...did well. So I would say overall its good tool to vacuum up family messes, easy b/c of portability...on/off button nothing dangerous about it so if my kids were still little they’d be cleaning the ‘car messes’ themselves! I kept it for above reasons, it’ll hit the big areas and cleans them with ease but the finer detail stuff...not so much. Charged quickly but can’t comment on charge life. Easy push of a slotted button to empty collection container, came w extra filter attachment and small brush for cleaning parts. I only had to charge it and snap on head of vac and its assembled ready to go. I gave it 5 stars as its capable to ‘clean’ and do what it advertises to do and will certain help keep your vehicle presentable and food/debris free. The fine detailing and smaller areas will have to be done the old way....tape 😊

This product is effective, lightweight, and compact. Honestly, I bought mine solely for the hose attachment so I could vacuum-pack some space bags, and it did a great job. The strength of the suction power means I'm not running over one patch of carpet multiple times, and all the attachment heads guaranteed I'd have a tool for every mess I tackled. Plus, the carrying case conveniently holds each component for easy storage. The battery life is a concern for many folks, but I don't use this vacuum for long stretches of time, so it has suited my needs just fine. I also like that the vacuum has reusable dust containers that you can hand-wash, let dry, and pop back in. I do wish that it was about $5-$10 less, though, so maybe purchase this on Cyber Monday.

I have been using my VacLife Handheld vacuum for months! I previously used another brand and it had gotten expensive so I gave this brand a trial. Let me honestly tell you that this is one of the best handheld vacuums I have ever owned! It has a very strong charge that lasts for days. It also has a great suction ability including small pieces off the ground or carpet. I find the filter easy to clean, just dump and wash out. I have not had any issues with mold or build on in the canister and I use it several times a day! The bonus is the light on top that helps day or night, it's a nice touch on an already great handheld vac. I've been so satisfied that I just purchased another one for the vehicle. I'm pleased to recommend this product for anyone\household.

Used it intermittently, 1-3 x a month for quick vacuuming crumbs etc. Originally bought for cleaning air filters and cars but suction was insufficient for air filters.Now it quit holding charge -after 10-15 seconds of use, it stops working.Not sure if worth the price for 3 years of occasional use.

Excellent item at a good price, delivered in 2 days. Exactly what I wanted, with Lithium-ion battery.Added July 1 2022: still working well. Highly recommended. Keeps its charge for many weeks, and a new charge made it like new again. Ignore the negative comments about the oblong opening. It’s just fine for dust, peanuts, paper clips and all the rest. Very good suction—easy to clean.

To be honest this product is fairly decent EXCEPT for one major design flaw - the suction opening is elongated and too narrow to be practical. For this reason alone, it's not worth the $100+ price tag. Everything else was good and as advertised.However, the biggest disappointment and turn-off was dealing with the manufacturer's customer service who deflected our feedback and tried passing the buck back to the distributor. This was the biggest red flag even though their contact information was printed directly on the vacuum box. The distributor's customer service provided great lip service, but at the end wasn't much help either and tried implicitly dissuading us from returning the item.
