I bought this for my husband who is a truck driver, his other earpiece had so much echo and background noise I couldn't hear him. This earpiece had good reviews and great price. No echo and no background noise, sound quality very good. 5 stars because I can hear him so well and a great price and easy to use.

This headset has excellent quality. My husband drives trucks and we are able to communicate using it. We usually have to purchase expensive headsets specifically for truckers but this time we hit the jackpot.

I can hear the caller very well; however, the caller cannot hear me very well. To the caller, I sound verrrrry distant and they hear constant wirey, clicking, fuzz like from a tv with no signal, all combined. I would not recommend this earpiece.Update: Seller did not hassle me with my return of this earpiece and is in conversation with me, offering a resolution for what could have been just a defective item purchased by me. For this, I offer 1 more star for the Seller's diligence in a resolution.. Once finally resolved, I will update my review further. Negotiations are going very well with Seller in determining if the first one was just defective.Update #2: Received new replacement earpiece and have determined that the first one was probably defective as stated by the Seller. I can now say that this earpiece is much better on sound and quality. I do recommend this item and the Seller, who demonstrated fantastic customer relations skills.

I've had a plantronics voyager and then a voyager legend pro. Each has lasted about 3 years so my first reaction was to just get another. I came across this item while searching and what caught my attention was the price. Although it looks like a voyager there are some refinements that are not there. Out of the box it pairs just like any other Bluetooth however unlike the voyager it doesn't announce the caller's name when it is in your contacts. (Maybe I should check for a software update). When putting it on, I noticed that it lacks a bit of the cushion you get with the voyager but it does not have the same weight and that actually adds to the comfort. The microphone is stiff as opposed to the plantronics which rotates with ease. The buttons also lack the smoothness that I am accustomed. The sound is good, most people who buy this type of headset like an earpiece to fit more secure and thus have a better listening experience. Unlike the voyager legend pro it has a standard small USB port for charging so you don't have to worry if you don't have the proprietary attachment with you. (Now I recall that the older voyager pro was the same way but plantronics got away from that.....hmmmm, could be an issue later because of moisture.)My opinion is to give this a try. The price is the compelling factor here. If you are like me and can hold on to a Bluetooth for a while then expect 6 months to 1 year of service out of this device. If you are hard on your equipment or the dog chews on everything get 2. If you drive a car that cost more than my house and only the best will do, why are you shopping on Amazon?

Looking for a Bluetooth headset nowadays can be a daunting task... They all are very expensive and have features I will never use. I am a tow truck driver that has to carry 2 phones... one for Police dispatch and for Customer calls. The Beauty of this Unit is that it can link up to both phones at the same time!!! At the Price point it is selling at it was hard to believe that the quality would be any good... WRONG!!!! The Sound on both ends is great... Range is good... and overall build quality is done very well! I drive a diesel truck and so far no one has asked me to repeat myself do to them not being able to hear me!!! For the most part I can not even tell I am wearing it. The ear bud sits in your ear and NOT in your ear canal meaning you can still hear the environment around you and it does not fatigue your ear after a day of use. I have not tested it in a windy environment yet but I do not expect it to be as good as my old Jawbone but I am ready to be surprised! The boom mic is just long enough that when I put a winter hat on that goes over my ears this sticks out enough that I can still be heard on the other end.The packaging it came with is even more than I expected. All in all this is a very good purchase and I will be buying another to have as a spare, maybe some as gifts! With the new laws in most states mandating that you can not have a phone to your face while driving... this is a perfect gift. I do have Bluetooth built into my personal vehicle and this sounds much better and it goes with you when you leave the car.So to sum it all up... you can spend more money on the big names.... or you can buy smart and get the BlueFit!

At first glance, the BlueFit Hands Free Bluetooth Headset looks more like an older model and not anything present day. As more of these are getting smaller and less visible, there seems to be more issues with those models.I've been wearing and using the BlueFit now for about two weeks and here's what I can summarize about my experience with it:PROS - It has not dropped connection to my iPhone. It maintains a very clear and clean sound by contrast to other brands that I've used that were nearly twice the price. It pairs easily without issue. Although the microphone boom made me think of much older models, it does pick up voice better this way. People I talk to hear clearly and that's the important factor.CONS - The only disadvantage that I can see is the larger-than-normal body that goes behind the ear. I recently bought another brand for my elderly mother who had problems keeping it on her ear. This again was another brand, but that model was much smaller than this one. I would think that smaller body people may have issues with the size of this. I have noticed that while wearing sunglasses driving that the bow of my glasses often pushes on the body of the BlueFit.Other than one minor issue, this is perhaps the best Bluetooth headset I've purchased to date. I give it five stars for phenomenal performance and quality.
