INIKA Trial Pack Dark Tones Boxed, 1 EA

I ordered this sample pack after buying their mascara from a vendor at a Vegan festival. The mascara works great and doesn't smudge like a lot of mainstream mascaras. Initially I received two primers rather than the liquid foundation and once I alerted the seller, I received a second sample pack containing the correct items and a complementary lipstick with a hand-written apology note. I wasn't expecting this and am floored by their commitment to customer service.I tried the primer and one of the powders last weekend and the coverage was great. I am currently attempting to switch my make-up brands to animal friendly and was previously using Bare Minerals. I think Inika's powder coverage is much better than Bare Minerals. Definitely a company I will continue to buy from.

Okay a trial is something you can wear a 2- 3 times, (especially makeup), to get the feel for the product. I doubt if you get to wear this more that 1 complete time, especially if you are a newbie. Don't buy this, if you are learning or mess up and have to start over sometimes. These are not even a good idea for a sleep over party. These people are making sheer profit off this $10 trial pack. There are plenty of full size minerals (awesome too) make ups that come with brushes for $40. I should of just stuck with those!

First of let me start by stating that the smell of the primer and liquid foundation are horrid. They literally to me smell as that of a skunk scent. I did try a small amount of each on my chin and the coverage is not good at all. It dried caked looking and spotty. I tried using a few different brushes and a beauty blender sponge and still got the same results. Even with a moisturized face they did a terrible job. I still cannot get past the smell, it truly is just that horrid. I'm sorry but I just cannot recommend this product with having these down falls. UPDATE: Inika was kind enough to replace this and the new one was fine. Let me also clarify that the mineral powder foundation does a great job.

This make up is amazing. It hardly felt like I had any make up on my face. It blend's very well, and the mineral powder to finish, is my favorite product out of all 4 items. I give 5*s!!

The size of these products are great. There is actually enough to use each multiple tines. One little powder foundation lasted me over a week and a half. The products are good quality as well.

Nice, but SOOOO TINY, powder is size of a penny container, wanted to try sample before committing and too small to use a few times to see

I wanted to glam up with some make for my cosplay costume as the dewy beauty of the charming Disney princess Cinderella but to my utmost gratification and wildest dream come true moment, this foundation transformed me into, wait for it , the evil step sister no strike that, the very evil step Mother of Cinderella or maybe wait it was a Geisha. Either way I understand now why there were babies crying and people calling for the exorcist after my appearance. However on a less serious note, this must be joke because the company assumed that just choosing some foundation and slapping it some absurd umbrella shade such as light, dark whatever would work for the varied skin shades out there , ughh what a waste of money.

This trial packet is really trial size but even though the items were very small the make up is great I love this product and would recommend to anyone who asked

I love this INIKA Loose Mineral Foundation trial package, and have found it to be very good value. The individual items are all of good quality, as I have most INIKA products to be. The sizes are good value too especially as trial size. I have fair to medium skin tone, and found that the Light colour pack that I choose, was perfect for me. It was not too light. I think the darker version would have perhaps been too dark for me.I will only use organic or natural, free from chemicals make up,skincare and bodycare, so INIKA, as a brand is a favourite of mine.I shall be purchasing the full size items, once the trial pack has been used, due to how impressed I have been with them.

Brilliant for the price! I'm almost running out after a week so I'll order another one :)really lovely foundation for nights out and the powder is good for a looking fresh during the day but I still need concealer under the eyes too.Update: not happy with how the price of this keeps increasing, so have stopped buying it now.

Very pleased to see this on Amazon as I have been keen to try the brand but it's always hard to buy expensive products and then find out that they don't suit your skin or that they don't give the look your going for. You get 4 products in the box, each all a good size to ensure you get to try them properly and also a reasonable price.

Tried really hard to make this work as really want to replace my cosmetics with healthier alternatives. Sadly the foundation seemed to separate and did not give good coverage.

Extremely small sample size. Have not used yet but think I will like the products. Esti ate though that will only last 2/3 applications. I suppose the idea though is you try and if you like you buy the regular size products.
