RedVex 550lb Paracord/Survival Lanyard - 12" - Black - Rattlesnake - Sawtooth Style - ABS Clip

I needed a new lanyard for work and I wanted something a little different and I wanted it to last. I skimmed through amazon and started reading reviews. The first thing I noticed was how often the seller, VeXra replied to every comment that had a question and how every alternation that was needed to the lanyard was seemingly met.I pulled the trigger and promplty requested lanyard color and length changes. I had a reply in less than an hour and several emails back and forth and my lanyard is rushed to me. It is a gorgeous red and feels very sturdy...but it is too short ( due to my own measurements)..I am told to keep the current lanyard and re-specify the correct loop length to go around my neck, and it is again rushed to me.I cannot stress enough the quality of the customer service RedVex brings to its customers; prompt, courteous and in my opinion, quite generous- I felt that I was cheating them out of product by accepting two lanyards for no extra charge.I've worn the lanyard for about a week now, it's comfortable sturdy and has break-away endpoints that rest behind my neck (an alteration that was suggested by VeXra after noticing I need this for work. I didn't even know it was an option).A co-worker was in need of a new lanyard so I spoke up about mine.He's an older gentleman, so I ordered some lanyards on his behalf. I let VeXra know that they'd be going to a Vietnam War Veteran. VeXra just so happened to have some extra material lying around from a previous project done for a Vietnam War Veteran and he threw in a little something extra to honor my co-worker for his service - a paracord keychain made with the Vietnam Service Medal colors!VeXra, and his company RedVex have, what I believe to be world-class customer service, the kind that makes customers for life. I trust my product will last me for years, and I know where I will turn for more of them for friends, family, and co workers.

Very nice, and well put together. I misread the description and thought I was getting a neck lanyard but it was too short however I found a use for it and they even sent me a free keychain!

Folks it is a great buy. A well made product, real craftsmanship. Will buy a lot more items from them due to you get what you order and best of the best product and materials .Two thumbs up. It comes from this company it is worth every penny you spend.

Smaller than I anticipated. Not sure if this can be classified as a lanyard since it cant even fit around ones neck. Would help to include some scale pics.
