This book is worth every penny. I've been using it now for 4 weeks and it is keeping me on track with my goals. I've lost 12lbs so far and I feel that if I'd not been keeping track with the book I wouldn't have lost half as much. I love being able to record my achievements and meal plans and the added bonus is you can let your creativity flow with numerous opportunities to colour and create. It really is brilliant and slimming world compatible!

The book is designed beautifully and laid out well. However, it is really poor quality, the cover pages are thin and flimsy and the paper quality isn’t great. There are very few stickers, it says that the book should last seven weeks but there are less than thirty work out stickers and only 8 to do stickers.It’s not terrible but for the price it would be better to buy something else. I’m really disappointed

Easy to use, packed with positive tool to motivate you and keep track of your journey. Good quality for the price, colour scheme bright and beautiful, I am looking for to using this everyday.

This is far better than I expected! Loads of beautifully designed pages to help me track and plan my weight loss, to motivate myself and hopefully keep me on plan! I love the pastel colours and the stickers, I'm taken back to my childhood which makes losing weight a bit more fun! I'm following the Slimming World plan, so I was delighted to find such a cute planner which has been designed specifically for SW!! This planner lasts for 7 weeks but I can see me getting the 3 month or annual planner when this one's done (I have a lot of weight to lose!!).

The product on the website looks fantastic with dividers and looks good quality for £10, what you actually receive will leave you very under whelmed, flimsy no dividers, a cheap version of what you think your getting, there are better planner out there on the market that actually stack up to what you bought, I’m just sorry I was taken in by this cheap producr
