These gelatin sheets are the best. I am a baker and use them all the time. You need to use an ice bath to bloom them then squeeze out the extra water. After that it needs to be melted in a warm mixture. If these aren't strong enough they have other options. Most of the time though if you have to use a lot your mixture is too hot and needs to cool down

You get 20 sheets in a pack, and they're supposed to be really good for making things like jellies and mousses.The texture they give is amazing! My desserts came out feeling really professional and fancy. But, here's the thing - they cost about 11 dollars. That seems like a lot for gelatin, especially when I'm used to the powder kind that's cheaper.Even though the texture upgrade is cool, I'm thinking about going back to the powder gelatin. It does the job and saves me a few bucks. If you're okay with the price and want your desserts to have that extra smooth feel, these gelatin sheets might be worth a try. But for me, I might stick to what's more budget-friendly.

Very suitable for making mousse cake

I used this to make a pistachio mouse. It was delightful.

t melted too fast soaking in the water, it’s difficult to squeeze the water, but it is okay to makes pudding, compared to other Same price gelatin sheets hopefully it has better quality
