excellent product BUT...
The product is excellent BUT - one of the two jars I ordered came with the lid dented and seal broken. This did not happen during shipping, it was like that when packaged - No dents in the shipping container.On line, no recourse - can not be returned, no refund, I just threw it out and ordered more.

Waste of Money
Despite being in refrigerator, this preserve/jam is runny, like a bad batch of Jello. It has very little taste and practically no pieces of ginger. Waste of money.

WHY LIE ABOUT EXPIRATION LOL???
JELLY IS LEGENDARY .IM BEYOND BOTHERED THAT THE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES AT MY LOCAL KROGER STOPPED STOCKING MY MAIN JELLY. STR8 LUNACY. THE PRICES HERE FOR IT EXTREMLY BLOW. WE ARE DEFINITELY BEING SCALPED.HOWEVER....DUE TO the jelly arriving to me decently fast AND that it doesn't expire till the end of this year. BUT COME ON FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. IT SHOULDVE EXPIRED WHEN THE LIEING STICKER SAID NOT THE JAR ITSELF. AN THAT GENUINELY BOTHERS ME.EXPIRATION IN LESS THAN A YEAR ON ARRIVAL FOR 3 JARS IS> 😒😒😔😔😕😕.AN AS A RESULT OF ALL THAT.MY CONCLUSION 4☆s.If I'm ever given the 3 jars i ordered for free brand new and the expiration is longer than a single year.i will change this review and praise it to the eptiome and beyond.This concludes my review. Incredibly tasty
Amazon offers a few brands of Ginger preserves but after trying all of them a few times it is clear that Chivers are the best. And not as expensive as others. My favorite way to eat these is to put a teaspoon into a carton of plain Greek yogurt. Yummy.

Less expensive than most Ginger marmalades
Shivers marmalade is a very good product and not quite as expensive as some others I have enjoyed it for many years. I just got it yesterday and I think I'll need a new one in a couple of days I love it
