Great album and arrived on time and safely packaged.

I purchased this through amazon as "new", they sent me a used copy with a damaged cover sleeve, greasy finger prints on the record. other than that it looked ok so I played it, full of snaps, crackles, and pops. Plus it felt thin to me. I don't think it was 180g. I'll be sending it back. In the meantime they sent me a replacement that is perfect, noise free and heavywieght vynal. Excellent, sounds superb. 0 stars for amazon shipping me the first one, 5 stars for the 2nd one.

One of the best albums made. Too bad Janice didn't get the chance to see the impact.

When listening to this fine album one has to think about the tragedy of her death. What could have been?Janis Joplin was the finest female blues singer of her day. I feel we will not see her like again. This recording and remastering is on par with the best efforts today.

Absolutely love Janus and her blues style. Taken from us too soon. Great album.
