Ingenious and useful design!
I purchased clipless pedal 'platform' inserts like this many years ago when I was in Japan but lost them.Only in summer 2019 I came across this product on Amazon and decided to give it a go. I have not regretted it because the fit and the efficacy of creating a convertible level platform over my Look Keo pedals when using trainers (sneakers) is invaluable. When I'm not training on my road bike and I need to tool around or just generally use my bike to go here and there, I clip these platforms in, tighten the rear pedal tension adjusting screw sufficiently (to hold them in place), and enjoy a grippy and stable platform.I'm not a doctor or a footbed expert in any way, but I have had numerous bike fits as an Elite competitive road racer ie I know my craft.I just wish I had come across a product like these earlier because there have been many times when I used my sneakers/trainers on top of my Look pedals, and the power I was applying through my regular shoes were forcing my metatarsal areas into the pedal recess, resulting in a great deal of discomfort, as well as 'hot foot.'I wasn't sure how they would perform but I ended up riding on them for several 4-hour+ rides (just out of circumstances, as I generally wouldn't recommend anyone performing on a road bike using regular sneakers/trainers), but they performed remarkably well without any discomfort whatsoever at the end of the ride. I was very surprised by this. What else can I say except to summarise that they are streamlined, simple, grippy, strong, and provide a level platform for Look clipless pedals.

Simple. Functional. Easy.
I love my road bike, but lately I have been wanting to get quick rides in (early in the morning) before work. Getting all of my usual “cyclist gear” together and put on takes time. These platform pedal inserts make it really easy to just hop on the bike with tennis shoes and be riding quickly. These fit my Performance Forte clipless pedals perfectly. They remove easily for when I want to do longer rides with more “proper” MAML gear (middle aged men wearing lycra) :-)

Wider Platform and Comfort Beat Out This Sturdier Designs
The media could not be loaded. We purchased three different pedal adapters to find the best fit for transitioning from clipless to flat shoes as my partner gets used to her new bike. One option was metal adapters that mounted directly to the cleat plate, offering a very wide and sturdy platform. However, it consistently flipped upside down and rolled when placing a foot on it, making it frustrating to use.Of the other two plastic options, we initially favored the this sturdier, reinforced model for its solid fit and construction. But we ended up preferring the cheaper made version with the wider plastic platform—it offered more stability and comfort, which was key for my girlfriend as she gets more comfortable with the bike.If you’re considering your options, the plastic wider platform may suit you better, even if it feels less robust. For a detailed comparison, I’ve created a video showcasing all three adapters and explaining why we opted for this one.

Perfect pedal conversion from clipless to flat
I wanted a way to convert the pedals on my road bike without re-installing the original dual-sided pedals, so that I could ride on paths or when I don’t need to be clipped in. Working the same way as the plates gor the spin bikes at the gym, these Pedal Plates install easily and fit perfectly. To remove, press the end of the pedal, under my thumb as pictured.Good quality, stability under running shoesPedals: Keo LOOKI’m a competitive age group Triathlete.

Does what it's supposed to do barely.
I bought this so I can wear my sneakers on the clipless pedals. However, it's not big enough for most of my shoes to get leverage on the pedal. Wish it could provide more surface area for my shoes.

Not fit as described
very loosely and cheaply quality made. I'm gonna return right away but it's not allowed. I have to contact customer service

Worked as expected.
The media could not be loaded. Took the chance. Glad I did. Easy in. Easy out. Daughter has used them a few times on my bike now. She didn’t like the first ride, but it was new and different. She doesn’t think twice about it now.
