Life Water Ionizer Next Generation M13 Undercounter

I bought this machine over 4 years ago, and it's a very expensive pice of garbage and just a complete rip off, this unit should be no more the 300 dollars, but it's over 3k, and now I just bought a water Distiller,

I love our water ionizer. I use it everyday for drinking water, making coffee not so acidic and once a week I make acid water to spray our shower down every day after we use it. I also use the acid water to clean the lime deposits out of our coffee maker. It saves me a lot of money since I buy less cleaning products plus makes me healthier by drinking the alkaline water. I carry a jug with me everyday when I go to work.

I live in NYC, bought the machine 2 years ago and have seen a huge difference. I noticed that this product does the job in providing clean, filtered alkaline water.

We have had life ionizers for almost 10 years now and wouldn't change a thing. The install is a little tricky, and sometimes the water pressure is an issue, but tech support has always been wonderful when we needed them! I love the water and the benefits we get from drinking it. Love, love, love our Next generation Life Ionizer!

We purchsed this machine about a month ago. We were able to install it ourselves with ease. The initial set up is relatively easy once you read through the owners manual. Once everything is set up on the undercounter box, you're ready to use it up top. The buttons are self explanatory so daily use is a breeze. We are following the reccomendations in the manual for dosage progression and usages, so far no "flu-like" symptons like it cautions about and the purified water tastes great. Only issue was, when we got our machine the water Ph leveles were not testing right, so I called the tech support dept. They were extremely friendly and helpful and diagnosed a problem. They shipped a new machine out right away which now tests correctly and all is well. I still give it a 5 star rating because that's a rare occurance and doesn't discount this products quality in any way, and Life Ionizer remedied the problem immediatly without hesitation. All in all, great product!

Did a lot of research before buying since it is an important investment. Since I got an under the counter I had a plumber do it. After watching/helping him I could have probably done it myself except for the aging rusty plumbing that needed to be replaced. Called customer support to set it up and dialed it in right away. That alone will pay for the machine.It is important to learn about alkaline/acid water before consuming large amounts. For example you should not drink alkaline water with meals as it will neutralize stomach acid which is necessary for digestion. It is great in the middle of the night for heartburn/indigestion/reflux.In any case the Life Ionizer was by far the best unit that I found on the market and recommend it to anyone needing alkaline water (and you don't have to pay $2 per gallon at the market).
