Excellent Customer Service
Product works well and was easy enough to assembly.After building the heater, I had a problem with the flame not staying lite. I reached out to Amazon for assistance and was pleased with the results. A+ to the Amazon and Golden Flame customer support teams for their exceptional service in responding and correcting the problem.

Igniter breaks and the body rusts but Good source of heat.
We have used this heater since May and the automatic igniter only worked 2 times. There is a clicking noise but the heater does not light with the automatic igniter. We have had to use an extension lighter to light the heater. It is awkward and takes two people to do it. One person has to stick the lighter into the top while another person holds down the dial. Needless to say, it is a big problem. In addition to the igniter breaking almost immediately, the heater has shown areas of rust. The bottom tray is rusting around the outer rim and there are at least 2 screws on the dome that has rusted out so the top dome is slanted. We thought this was a good heater but it has absolutely not stood through even one summer. On the plus side, it does give off a good amount of heat. Amazon not helpful and sent me on a wild goose chase to try to contact the manufacturer. Finally just gave up.

Easy to put together and puts out a lot of heat even on lower setting. Great purchase!

Great patio heater
Works great, just add sand (not included) in base for stability. If you can pick your nose without dropping the booger you can put this together

Used it 3 times. Igniter button doesnt work
If have this on my patio since May 2020 (it is now September 2020). I've used it twice. Went to use it a 3rd time a week ago and it doesn't work. The igniter switch is faulty. Not a happy camper.

Can't reach customer service if there is a proble.
Do not purchase this item. We set it up and it won't stay lit. We can not reach customer service. All voice mail boxes are full!! Don't waste your money.

Beware.. don’t buy
Beware ..!!! Don’t buy! Broke after two uses and NO one answers at customer service!!! Company is out of China .. looks like we are out our $$$
