Healthy, durable, no worry of damaging coating.
A must have pan for your kitchen if you are health conscious. Use low heat and it will work well with even little oil. But do wipe it dry immediately after washing to avoid stains. It is heavy...but it is meant to be heavy because it is cast iron.Caution: You may like to buy a silicon handle grip to cover its handle because the iron handle heats up like anything and can cause accidental burns.
