my hamster hurt himself inside of that wheel, there are bloodstains around wheel and I think this is not good for small animals

Great looking wheel, cork is comfortable for your hamster's feet. Two complaints. Wheel is advertised as being just over 9 inches. As you can see in the picture, it's no where near that size, I bought this for a Syrian and am disappointed that I won't get to use it for him. Number two is that the wheel starts to scratch against the base which could be fixed with some sanding, but still a little disappointing. Would not purchase again. Edit: after hamster using this wheel for literally the first day, the cork lining the inside detached and fell out. Not a quality product.

Bought for my chinchillas but definitely not a good wheel for them. The width is definitely not wide enough. I have a standard size chinchilla(in the picture) and a petite one and even the small one couldn’t run on it. Other than size the wheel did spin very well and silent. I just couldn’t justify keeping it for a 30$ chew toy 😅.

Product was great. This doesn't last long for gerbils. They just ate it. Didn't last a month. Then when they couldn't run on it anymore, they screamed at it. It's just an expensive chew for them now. But they Did love it!

It’s the only wheel I used for my gerbils. Since they chew through everything, I have to replace it every other month or so but I prefer giving them an edible wheel over plastic. There’s lots of space, so they don’t strain their backs. I use animal safe wipes to wipe it down once a week, and it cleans off just fine. I don’t really like the quork padding on the inside, but it doesn’t last very long anyway since my gerbils usually pick at it. It’s also very quiet. My gerbils are up at random times during the day and night, and I only really hear the wheel if it bangs up against something else by accident. Overall, I love this product. My babies love this product. If you have gerbils, mice, or a Syrian hamster, I think they’ll love it too. Would not recommend for larger rodents like adult rats or chinchillas

I really like the construction on this wheel but it is not centered. As my Hamster runs, it will clunk. It is a pretty loud noise. The cork lining is also coming out and flops inside. Not worth the price if it is defective like thisUpdate: 08/08/2021 Night after night I listened to the "Clunk, Clunk, Clunk" of this wheel. I should of sent it back in the first place but I didn't want my Hamster to go without while trying to get a replacement. Now my Hamster will not even get on it because He is tired of hearing it as well. If you are going to buy a Wheel for your small animal, PLEASE choose a different one. They dont know how to center the wheel when they assemble these things.

I was disappointed to see that there was a random piece of wood not attached to the wheel and that the cork thing that goes in the wheel was not fastened to the inside.Other than that, it came assembled. No instructions needed. My gerbils Oreo and Custard love it and destroyed the loose cork piece to shreds within minutes. They also started chewing the wheel itself. My guess is the wheel will be unusable within a week.Expensive chew toy. It's silent other than hearing the pitter patter of my gerbils' paws. We used to have a saucer wheel that Custard liked but Oreo couldn't figure out. They both love this wheel though.

This is a really nice exercise wheel. I got the smallest size for my two gerbils and they love it. They run in it, they sit and eat a snack in there, my little blondie boy even sleeps in it.The only reason I give this wheel a 4 out of 5 is because you can’t really clean it when your pet pees in it (not sure how you would clean wood anyway). It kind of stains the cork, but otherwise I am happy with this product. I guess I’ll just have to rinse it with water once in a while and then let it dry.I also picked this one because it really was built with your pet’s safety in mind. There’s nowhere they could get hung up or stuck on it and it’s safe to chew and gnaw on!The package also came with a little chew block and they love that as well . :)

This hamster wheel is definitely good quality by the smoothness of the spinning but it is not very silent, when my hamster runs on it, it is fairly loud. Otherwise pretty good.

Bought the Medium size but the diameter and width of the wheel is too small for Degus.
