Easy on the teeth. No bleeding gums. They get the job done perfectly!
Recently found out I was allergic to mint. That threw a real damper in my oral hygiene habits. I had to search high and low for toothpaste that would work for me. Then the real tragedy set in - I am obsessed to the point of it probably being an issue with flossers. I use them 10 times a day. After every meal, when I'm reading, watching TV, riding in the car, before bed, etc. I like clean teeth and flossers are about the best product ever created. So my standard brand of choice was coated in mint. As was every other brand I looked at. I had just about given up hope when I stumbled across these. No mint! I ordered 2 bags hoping I would like how they felt (some other brands are too tight with super thin floss that is not comfortable to use) and happily these are great! They work just as well as my previous favorite and the little toothpick at the end is a nice bonus!I buy these in multiples at a time and if they are ever discontinued, I have no idea what I'll do. Good oral health comes from regular flossing (and cleaning, brushing, etc) and my daily life cannot exist without these fine flossers.Easy on the teeth. No bleeding gums. They get the job done perfectly!

Does NOT get stuck or break
The floss is a bit thin to really scrape away all the buildup between teeth and not quite long (deep) enuf to really dig into the back gums. BUT...This floss pick does NOT break or get stuck in my teeth. So I will use it until I can utilize both hands again. I tried another product--DenTek Triple Clean Floss Picks w/ Mint Flavor--don't bother--it got stuck even in my front teeth and I had to cut it loose w/ pair of scissors, almost always. So for a floss pick, use Plackers Gentle Fine for Tight Teeth and save yourself from the scissors....

pick floss
This company was excellent in delivery of this item. It's a very good product. The floss is very strong. The only thing was that it snagged on 1 of my tooth and broke. I have very tight teeth and most floss is a problem. Otherwise it is very strong. On that tooth I used a very very thin floss. I don't think you can get stronger in pick form.

Perfect Flossers
I am very picky about flossers -- I like them to be waxed and free of fluoride and all flavorings. I couldn't find ANYTHING locally, so I turned to trusty Amazon and couldn't be happier! These are the best flossers I have ever used; the floss keeps its tension and glides easily while getting the job done. I will absolutely purchase these again in the future. One note: I did think I was getting 110 (as shown in the photo), but only received 90. Upon further inspection, the product title clearly states that this sale is for 90 flossers. I do wish the product image would be updated to appropriately reflect the correct flosser count!

Very dissapointed with items received.
The order was for $36.00 and I was charged $30.00 for shipping. The package was small enough to fit into the mailbox and weighedone pound. I Think I was charged TOO MUCH for shipping. I use them to clean food under crown bridges. The point is too short and too thick to fit under bridges. The tip must be broken off and it leaves a rough edge that cuts the gums when cleaning under bridges. The floss end is OK, but not as good as The " Hi Performance " plackers sold by Dollar TREE. The Hi Performance plackers have a pointed end that is thinner and pointed enough to work very well at removing food under bridges.I highly recommend going to DOLLAR TREE website to order " Hi Performance " plackers ( SKU# 896429 ). Shipping is free when you pick up at a store.

"New & Improved"......whatever - its junk now.
I have been using this model for years and loved them. However, I just received my order of 4 new packs and they sent me the "New & Improved Handle & Pick" and am very disappointed. I can chalk this up with all the other "New & Improved" junk thats not any good that I don't use anymore. Did someone actually do consumer research before they screwed up the design and called it "Improved"? The new pick design takes away the main support and strength that used to be in the handle and the pick now sticks into your thumb causing uncomfortable pricking and nearly penetrates the skin at times. Since there is now no support in the handle for flossing your teeth, you may as well be flossing with a string on a penny. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!?!?!?!?!? Now I have to waste my time and money to find a suitable replacement.

These are good. The floss strings are very strong
These are good. The floss strings are very strong. I actually use the floss for multiple days before throwing it away. The only con is the pick is rather thick that its hard to get it between my teeth. I would have preferred a thinner, sharper pick.

Best Floss Picks
I have tried other floss picks before from a local retail store. Got this one online from Amazon.Pros:1. No shredding2. Goes through tight spaces between teeth quite easily3. Strong - doesn't sag.Cons:1. Would have loved to have tongue scrapper at the other end of these picks.Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to floss on a regular basis. My next purchase would be Plackers Floss picks with mint flavor though. So, if you are looking for a mint flavor or alike you might want to try those out.
