Love it
I really enjoy the idea of a hot chocolate anytime, with no added sugar! Tastes great and so simple. I just rip open a packet, add it to my cup (empty, of course,) turn on the kureg, hit the number of ounces of hot water I want to add, stir, and walla, Instant Hot Chocolate! Couldn't be simpler if I tried. ๐

No Clumps, really!
add 1/4-1/3 liquid bottom of cup then mix ( I use a cop stick flat end) till all powder is wet , it becomes a slurry. Then add rest of liquid stir in. NO CLUMPS!!! Simple. The slurry will mix without clumps evenly. See "how to make hot coca with NO LUMPS!!!" cook with Leo you tube for why this works. I find liquid first then powder (minimum liquid to do the job) and a flat end of a chop stick to work best and simplest. You will be happy with the results.

Great tasting sugar free hot or iced drink.
We love this on a cool night. We add coffee creamer to it and it is amazing! I have also mixed it up in a little hot water than added creamer, a little cold water and ice. Yum!

Swiss miss
Tastes something like I drank as a child, but itโs a much weaker flavor. Says on the package to use with 8 oz of water and it will taste much richer if you use that formula. I started using it with 16 oz of water and it was very thin and watery. Itโs the only โno sugar addedโ hot chocolate mix Iโve found so ill just keep drinking It โtill itโs gone.

Chocolate lover
I add a packet to my coffee every morning. Tastes like a sugar free mocha latte, and much cheaper than drive through..

11g of sugar per packet.
I'm sure the product is delicious, however when purchasing a"no-sugar-added" product for a diabetic, 11g of sugar per packet is quite a shock. The seller was kind enough to agree to the refund, but despite the misleading label, I still had to pay for return shipping. I would absolutely not have purchased this "no sugar added" product knowing it contained so much sugar. Not sure how they're even legally able to advertise it that way.I'm extremely annoyed.

Contents of packet first, then add water
I find this very tasty and I like that it has milk in it. 7 grams of sugar may be more than ideal for me.FYI - re the person who was having difficulty getting the powder to mix in water: unlike other brands I've tried, in this case, you need to put the powder in your cup first and then add water, stirring constantly. When I do this it mixes beautifully.

Not Sugar Free
This is a partial review. I haven't tried the hot chocolate yet, however, I ordered it because it was supposed to be sugar free as per the product name "Swiss Miss Sugar Free Milk Chocolate Flavoured Hot Cocoa Mix 8-73 oz envelopes". When I received the box it very clearly states "no sugar added" and there are in fact 11 grams of sugar in each packet. I gave this review a 3 star simply because I can't speak to the taste until I try it.

Most probably NOT okay if you are watching your sugar intake
I bought this thinking that no sugar also means it does not have any sweetener. That is not true. I felt it tastes even sweeter than the original swiss miss. Also, for people who are watching their sugar, though this has sucralose, it also has Maltodextrin (which has a higher GI than sugar!) The packaging does not say how much maltodextrin is there, but it is listed way before sucralose, so it is probably the main sweetener.
