The media could not be loaded.  It was exactly what I needed for my mid-pregnancy exercises. Was looking for something with easy instructions. This came with a great pump…inflation was super easy, it of course would take time as it’s manual (what you would expect in this price). The ball is superrr, lightweight and handy, doesn’t slip while you sit on it, very sturdy and haven’t noticed any leak within last couple weeks of usage. I ordered M and L as wasn’t sure of the size. Inflated L first and it was perfect, didn’t need to unpack M at all and returned that one. Overall great value for money spent.

I have used a mini Pilates ball for workouts for a while now, but I have been looking for new ways to level up the intensity of my home workouts. I recently discovered the use of a stability ball for strength training and stretching so I decided to try it out. I love it! I didn't realize how much intensity a ball like this could add to my workouts. I followed the recommended size chart for my height and intended use and, even though it is my first time using one, I feel the size is perfect for me. The included pump makes inflation extremely easy and fast. I like that the material is non-slip so when I'm sweaty and already having a hard time keeping steady I don't slip around. I've only used it a handful of times so far so I can't exactly speak to durability/how long it lasts, but so far it has been perfect and holding up well for what I am using it for. Would definitely recommend if looking to save a few bucks but get something that'll hold up to what you need it for. It may need to be pumped up a bit after a few uses, but I found that to be true with the mini ball, too. Very happy with this purchase!

PROS: this is a good fitness ball. Nice quality and there are different colors and sizes available. Keeps pressure well.CONS: the air pump which came with this ball is a cheap one and it is not easy to use it - I suppose the air pump will not survive if you inflate this ball 2-3 times, but honestly you probably just need to inflate it once and probably pump it once in a while to maintain pressure (my ball keeps pressure steady for 2 months so far - no problems at all). Another issue - the ball size is not what they promise, so be careful when picking one because it comes a bit smaller, and actually in the product description they mention that the size will be in some range, so you never know the exact size beforehand, but for me it's OK - when they delivered the first ball then I realised that it is too small and exchanged for a bigger one.

Took forever to inflate with the included pump. But hey, yoga is all about patience. Holds air well. Been three weeks and no need to re-inflate. Supports my ample 200 pound body for exercises and doubles as my office chair sometimes.

This is a heavy-duty exercise ball that feels secure when using it. The hand pump works but takes a while to inflate the ball but at least a hand pump is provided. Also provided are extra plugs for the ball and a tool to help remove the plug when the ball requires further inflation. Exercise balls lose air slowly with use, but this ball seems to maintain and not leak air as much as others I've used.

I bought this to do some stretching for my lower back. It was easy to inflate and well made. No issues.

Esta bien, quizas debi comprar una de mayor diametro ya que esta es un poco incomoda para hacer los ejercicios de preparación para el parto. Se ve resistente y es facil de inflar con el accesorio que trae para ello
