I have been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years and the reason I bought this is because I find my self struggling to fully hear now with them. My old ones were very very expensive and it's just a bit I am missing with them. This hearing aid works like a charm ! I put it in my worst ear and for what I wanted, it worked perfect !So if your new to hearing aids read this. My spouse always wore contacts and got glasses the first time two weeks ago. Oh my the complaints ! I said you will get used to them. Last week my spouse said Wow I can't even tell them I have them on sometimes. A hearing aid is going to require the same if not more patience and time. If they drive you crazy( like they did me my first time) do a few hours first day and increase each day after ! The more you wear them the sooner you do not even realize you have one in ! These have three fittings for your size and should slide in your ear canal with no pain . For me it was the smallest one. Also cleaning these are so easy as you can remove the tip that slides in your ear canal and completely clean them. My expensive ones I have to use thick fishing line and it works so-so !Next remember some of us loose hearing in some frequencies and some are just hard of hearing all together. For some one elderly that it is listening to the tv and radio WAY TOO LOUD and missing phone calls this is PERFECT ! As far as clarification goes with words it helps but not a miracle worker. You say coat and I hear boat ! This helps because now its louder and I have a better chance of knowing what you said.Its pretty easy to operate but with big fingers like mine adjusting the mode can be challenging . There are four of them. I have it mastered now but if you struggle then turn it on and wait about 10 secs and then press once for mode one or twice for mode two etc. For me I like mode two and three but based on your hearing everyone will be different ! In your ear if you press it once you hear a ding for mode one. press it again and two dings for mode two etc.When you get used to it , it's actually quite comfortable and easy to use !My first days of use was like WOW my car radio is loud. Wow my voice is loud (embarrassing because it really was and a big complaint of my spouse especially out in public.) My son tried them on and said , "man these would be awesome deer hunting ." Today MY BIG TEST. At church I actually lean forward to try and hear the sermon . IT WORKED GREAT ! So easy and effortlessly ! I loved it and was all smiles.So yes its exactly what I wanted. At church as I was adjusting and testing and later apologized to the preacher as I know he had to wonder why was I digging in my ear LOL. I got static and feedback but adjusted volume and turned it on and off and it went away ! Same deal with my very expensive ones. Nothing new here. In a quiet room you will hear feedback unless your hearing is way bad so consider yourself lucky and use as I do when and where you need it ! If you see my pic one, its not an eyesore at all ! Many years ago I had an infection in my left ear. It left me deaf to high-pitch sounds in that ear. Over the years I lost the ability to hear clearly around walls or other obstacles in the path of soundwaves...especially voices. Finally after saying "What?" a million times...I found this little gem. It was in my price range...has three different sizes of fitting pieces that can be changed to find the piece that fits my little ear. The electronic piece that goes behind the ear has a little piece that sticks out that is intended to make the battery cover easy to open. I put a small piece of duct tape over it so it would not poke my ear. The electronic controls sits far enough back so that I can still comfortably wear my glasses. A few things like when someone sneezes...or coughs..is also amplified...louder! But overall..I am happy with this hearing amplifier. I know there are fancier ones that cost a lot more money...but this one works for what I need.Oh...it does have a little volume control button but the lowest level is all I need for now. I am happy with my purchase.

The Blomed Hearing Amplifiers are larger than what I expected from their product pictures, so they are a bit bulkier than my previous hearing aides. My old ones cost me nearly 9 times as much though, so I had lower expectations with these to begin with. Despite my lower expectations, I am pleased with these so far because they work well and have sound processing modes that are equal to the modes of my previous pair. One benefit of the larger size is that they have larger batteries and are expected to last about twice as long as my last set. I expect that once I'm fully accustomed to them I will be fully satisfied.

Worked well when it worked. Blew out after 2 months of use.Tried new batteries 4 times, hoping it would work somewherealong the line. Did not expect it to last forever, considering the price.But, 2 months?!!!Very disappointed.

Very comfortable but I still need to tweak it. However, customer service is outstanding and answers very quickly. They rate 5 stars They will do everything they can to help you.Edit: I have been adjusting the modes and volume and now am able to hear although the voices don't sound normal. I think this is just a matter of patience in getting used to hearing again.

Got this for my elderly mother, and it took some time getting it tweaked to work at the right settings for her. She loves it! And so do I! I no longer have to hear the TV way too loud throughout the house. It works incredibly well for the price, and so much easier to get than by seeing a doctor to prescribe one. I highly recommend it!

Worked great for a while then stopped working after a few months even with new batteries. Also not the most comfortable for small ears with a covid mask and wearing glasses.When it did work, it did amplify and the background noise diffuse was nice. Helped hear voices better.

I tried using professional hearing aids. I had an audiologist fit and program them. They rang in my ears and Caused an ear infection. I paid over $3000.00 for these hearing aids. Fortunately I got a full refund. This product is more comfortable, easy to use and helps me a lot.
