Pilot Dr. Grip Multi Function Pen, 0.5mm Acro Ink Ballpoint Pen, 0.5mm Mechanical Pencil, Gray (BKHDF1SEF-GY)

These are my favorite pens to use as a nurse! It is comfortable in the hand, dries pretty quickly with very little smudging. It is a bit heavier that most but I like heavy writing utensils. And it does have a lot inside of it with four colors and a mechanical pencil. Super stoked to be able to find refills on amazon as well.

I am a pen fanatic and this pen tops the list. My husband hates when I buy SO much pens/pencils. I only do 0.5mm ink/pencil. This has both. I love it! This is the only one I use now. All my other pens and mechanical pencil is just sitting in my drawer, lol

I love all the colours and the fact it can erase neatly.

I love this pen and have two others just like it. The pencil portion can be a little finicky but the lines that the pens produce are all smooth, clear, and do not smear. Even though this pen is chunkier than standard pens, it is comfortable in my hand and is very durable. It has survived the battleground that is my purse without even a scratch! I'm very pleased with this purchase!

I love this pen. It is perfect in every way EXCEPT, I have been using it for 2 months and the blue ink is already empty. If the ink lasted longer, it would rate 5 stars. It's great having the pencil feature included in the pen. The ink quality is great and it writes very smoothly. It is comfortable to hold. It just runs out of ink too quickly.

This is the fourth pen I’ve purchased! I love these pens for my job in the hospital. I need different colors for different notes. I will continue to buy!

I have purchased several of these pens because they are a good size for my crampy hands and they have everything I need. Even a pencil. All inks, lead, and erasers are replacable and I had hod a few of my pens for years. A lot of people admire my pens and a few have "gone missing" I hope pilot never stops producing this perfect pen.

purchased for son who is on his rotations. so there is a lot of note-taking. he is a lefty so it was crucial to find inks that do not smear as he writes - and these inks do not smear as he is writing. he is pleased. a note regarding the mechanical lead feeding down. there is lead in the barrel. depress the lead pencil selection (which is also the pen clip) and when it is depressed, press down further with deliberate presses. fast clicking won't do it. replacing the inks is as simple as popping them in and out.

Pilot makes the best pens. Most comfortable to hold. I use this for hours without getting cramps or pain. Fast and easy to change colours. Great for writing notes. Pen feels high quality.

I bought one of these in 2020 and like most multicoloured pens it simply didn’t last very long before the changing mechanism breaks and the pen becomes unusable. At the time I literally paid $9.62 so the short life span was kinda no big deal In 2025 I see the price of this pen (I assume it’s exactly the same pen) has gone up significantly representing poor value for money for a pen that didn’t last long for me Verdict? ❌ not recommended in 2025

La marque au bonhomme à tête de bille, aurait dû développer un produit comme ça. Au lieu d'avoir 4 stylos, un porte mine et un porte gomme, l'intégration est réunie dans un volume très très légèrement supérieur au modèle 4 couleurs. Il ne reste plus, aux inventeurs, qu'à réfléchir à une utilisation recto/verso (sans gomme ou sans petit oeillet).
